I started out enjoying my pedicure. I thought I would be recommending this place to everyone until we went to pay. I pay she goes up front gives me my change. My friend pays . I ask for change so I can leave an appropriate 20 percent tip and she tells my friend she didn’t pay. I absolutely love the atmosphere. I don’t feel uncomfortable. I also didn’t get that feeling that I’m being talked about. The owner is a hard working women And mother and she remembers in each customers name and even remembered our discussion from my first visit the second time there . Their nail polish color selection and acrylic colored collection is absolutely amazing they have every color you could think of and then some even shades that are so close you can barely tell them apart that’s how many polishes colors of acrylic they have. They always make sure to ask me what I think about them after each step of sanding and shaving to make sure that they come out exactly how I want. Their prices are definitely average about the same as most other places but definitely not over priced at all. Lastly with me having six children and that includes preemie twins that are 4 months old and I never know when I will get enough time to get my nails done and usually they squeeze me in somehow and still keeping the other customers happy and on my time. I honestly enjoy the relaxation and funny conversation.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityThey’re okay. I’ve been twice so far. The pedi was a good experience and very relaxing, but the nail techs are inexperienced and lazy. You may just want a basic manicure, but they are not very good at designs and dont know how to do them. Also, do not schedule an appt with Mimi. She has a bad attitude, does not want to listen, and SHE RUSHES. That woman does not care she just trying to make a dollar. She’ll roll her eyes and all that if you check her work. Critical: QualityI went there for my first time today. The woman was not friendly, and I seemed to be bothering her by telling her what I wanted(which I’m paying for). My nails look awful. I wanted a French manicure, at first. The woman who did my nails did a horrible job on the first hand, and completely rushed through the process so I said just paint them one simple color. After leaving, I noticed they were uneven. There was glue all over my hands and acrylic hanging over the sides of my nails and all underneath. The nails are really wide. I’ll need to file them.
