This nail salon is the best salon I have ever been too. The staff was very friendly and treated me and my mom amazing. We will definitely be going back and becoming regulars. They are also very big on sanitizing and keeping it very clean.

I have been coming here for years and most of the time they have done a good job..yesterday was the worst experience I’ve had here. They cut the skin under two of my finger nails and they started bleeding. He left them way too short to the point you can see the skin underneath my nail. They are so sore and painful, and we’re swollen on the way home. He left the acrylic so thick, did not do a good job and had to pay 35 dollars for this.. Sad to say I most likely will not return.

The pedicure was nice and I enjoyed it but unfortunately there were many other flaws. My toenails werent painted back to the cuticle. There is a large gap where my nail is showing. Both my finger and toenails were cut very unevenly. Some were left long and others were cut short. My fingernails werent painted neatly. Some fingers didnt get a second coat to the nail bed. Also, no where along the way did they ask me any preferences or if things were comfortable. So if you dont speak up they wont ask you if you like something. Or it seemed that way for the individual providing the service to me.

My daughter and I went for pedicures and I was not pleased. They were busy and you could tell they were rushing to get us in and out. We both got basics which I found it after the fact that they offer so many scents but we werent asked which one we wanted. My water was room temperature which was not very relaxing. I got lotion and massaged and my daughter did not. We both got the same pedicures so why was one different than the other?! The hot towels were too hot. My daughter actually had a burn mark on leg. The polish I picked was old. It wasn’t applying smoothly. She told me I was dry and could go. When I got home my nails were all smudged and stuck to my stockings! Never going back…

Today was my first time visiting Nail Savvy and I was beyond impressed. The air smells clean – no chemical smell here. They were all friendly and very professional. I will absolutely return for my next set of nails after such a pleasant experience.

I got a manicure and my toes painted along with eyebrow waxing and was charged 125 for a terrible job. My nails were uneven on the sides my cuticles weren’t tucked in a long with an attitude for being upset about it. They are one of the most expensive places to get your nails done.Being they cost way more than other places there work should be perfect.

Today I went in to get a pedicure. This time I did not want gel nail polish on my toes because every time I get the gel there it cracks and breaks my toenails. So this time I wanted regular nail polish. They charged me an extra $8 just to remove the cheap gel polish that THEY themselves put on last time I was there. That’s ridiculous. They already raised their prices why tf you gonna charge just to take off the polish you put on when i was getting a pedicure. That should be included. They do anything to make a $1. Well, I paid the $8 but she didn’t get tipped a dam dime.
