Critical: Professionalism, QualityThis is my first (and ONLY visit). I sat in the chair and asked for the classic pedicure. The woman doing the service told me “ oh you have shoes (instead of flip flops) you should do a gel pedicure, it lasts longer and you can just put your shoes on”. I said, “oh, you don’t have those disposable sandals?” She continued trying to upsell the gel pedicure and never answered my question about the disposables. She finally said ok, yes we have those and just continued with the pedicure. It seemed once she realized I wasn’t wanting a gel pedicure she didn’t care. Service was not good after that. Very mediocre pedicure. When checking out the receptionist was extremely rude in so many ways – too much to text. Save your money and don’t go here. This is my first (and ONLY visit). I sat in the chair and asked for the classic pedicure. The woman doing the service told me “ oh you have shoes (instead of flip flops) you should do a gel pedicure, it lasts longer and you can just put your shoes on”. I said, “oh, you don’t have those disposable sandals?” She continued trying to upsell the gel pedicure and never answered my question about the disposables. I spoke with the owner and explained that I was looking for a full nail application not a tip. she even went as far as looking it up online with me so we could be absolutely sure what we were looking for. She then asked one of the nail techs if they could perform this and she said yes and then we proceeded to make the appointment. I came all the way back down from Gainesville for this appointment arrived 20 minutes early was taken 20 minutes late and then when I sat in the chair and explained what I wanted the tech tried to persuade me to get tips. I spoke with the owner and explained that I was looking for a full nail application not a tip. she even went as far as looking it up online with me so we could be absolutely sure what we were looking for. Critical: Professionalism, QualityI had the dip. I’ve been doing the dip back home for many years. The 2 dip services I had here where absolutely horrible!! I told the girl she didn’t fill in my total nail bed !! She thought she was funny and said”oh that will be $1 more a nail “really I don’t think so!! I will not go back she was very sloppy and not good !!!Service: Manicure

She killed my cuticles, they are so red all the way around my nails. She didn’t scrub my heels very well at all, they’re still a little rough. I get pedicures all the time and this was by far the worst places I’ve been. Save money and go across the street to VIP nails!!!Service: PedicureHorrible service!! Horrible service!! Paid for the 40 minute pedicure and was in and out of there in 35 minutes with drying polish. She killed my cuticles, they are so red all the way around my nails. She didn’t scrub my heels very well at all, they’re still a little rough. I get pedicures all the time and this was by far the worst places I’ve been. Save money and go across the street to VIP nails!!!
