Nails look horrible made me feel likebi was an inconvenience because I wanted a hand drawn snowflake instead of a sticker they did the snowflake very quickly and sloppily didn’t even ask if I liked it I got a full set and you can see the dents it’s not even over all not happy with my experience Nail designs

I don’t like to leave bad reviews because I know it’s difficult to have a business and people are trying to survive. However, this business needs to do better . I paid $50 for the quickest most painful “manicure” of my life. One of my fingers was bleeding during the process and the nail tech didn’t stop, he kept dipping the bloody brush into the polish and rushing along. 3 days later the gel nails are already peeling off. I’m honestly part of the problem for not stopping the process immediately. I tried to remain kind and I even still left a tip but there has to be a better standard of care here . It’s not often moms get to treat themselves to this luxury, do better!

They kind of like to make fun of people and make remarks. I normally get my nails done in Vienna but it was more convenient to go to this place this particular day. When I walked in and said I needed a fill they couldn’t seem to understand I had acrylics. After I picked the color for my nails we sat for 10 minutes trying to “match” the color powder to what I currently had from my french tips. It didn’t need to match PERFECTLY because the nails were going to be completely covered with polish. Finally, after I made that comment we were able to move on. All in all, my nails don’t look bad but it could have been a better experience.

NEVER AGAIN!!!!!! I went to get acrylic put over my very short nails and ‘Batman Eyebrows’ seemed MAD that I did not want tips. Then he filed my nails so hard THEY PHYSICALLY HURT!!! Then I was passed off to a man that was shaking very badly and he painted my nails. They were uneven colored, had bubbles and some were covered and some not. Finally ‘Batman Eyebrows’ tried to charge me $50. So I told him if I was paying that I wanted my nails repainted. He VERY ROUGHLY redid 3 of my nails. By the time I left I was in tears because of the pain from my fingernails hurting. Never again, because every time before this I paid $26 and the lady that has did it called me a liar.

I loved this place. They are super friendly and I believe they want you to be satisfied with the work. However, my acrylics were lifting more than I’ve ever seen within 2 days after being done. Kinda bummed for the pricing.
