I am just now leaving this place and this lady did a manicure and pedicure. While doing the manicure she cut nail and plucked to low. My nails were bleeding on the thumb and middle finger. She apologized and when it came time to pay I asked for a discount she said there was nothing she can do. My hands burn and I refuse to pay. My cuticles are still bleeding. Horrible service.

I came in this evening for a short full set. Now for one I came in and greeted the lady at the front desk and she was very polite. As for my nail tech he was an older guy with grey/white hair and he was something else. He blitzed me with the drill and drew blood I showed him and he said he will take off money at the end for drawing blood. Also he filed down the side of my middle finger too much and drew blood again I showed him that. Now my total came out to $43 I asked the lady to take off because the guy said he would. The guy then caught an attitude and tried to act confused but went to the thumb and was trying to act like nothing was wrong because it wasn’t bleeding anymore. You can clearly see in the picture how he went too far and cut the corner of my thumb. After having to go back and forth he only took off $3! This was very UNPROFESSIONAL mind you I still tipped a little $5 tip because I didn’t want to stoop to his level. Pleaseee if you see him don’t go to him horrible service.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I truly understand that service is declining but this place was outrageous. After a less than satisfactory pedicure, I needed a full set. I asked for them to remove the nails. I assumed they would soak them off as normal. Instead, they ripped them off my nails beds. RIPPED THEM. I try to get her to stop, I say it hurts and she yanks my hand and proceeded to rip my nails off. So now I’m bleeding. And she ends up leaving to take a phone call. I’m furious, embarrassed and now my hands look awful. I’m not a confrontational person, but I should’ve yelled. Instead, I needed my nails to be finished for an engagement this evening and most salons are closed in Mondays in the area. So she finished my nails, glued over the bleeding rip in my nails and charged me. I’ll never go back and I recommend you reconsider going. They saw no issue in their behavior. Other clients were complaining as well. Spend your money elsewhere

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityI went in being a nail tech myself, understanding the proper steps to a clean manicure. I asked for a GEL manicure with 2 fingers with nail art. My nails were strong and healthy and I explained I do not need acrylic. He continues to lay acrylic on my nails when I wanted a simple MANICURE As we continue, he doesn’t clean my cuticle, dead skin. Push back or any type of preparation. I bring this up in a kind manner, eventually I just express PLEASE soak my nails off & I will pay for my pedicure. This man proceeds to yell “I don’t know what you want woman” very unprofessional, very disrespectful and I got disrespectful back. They’re dirty , they don’t change drill bits, nor clean them. They reuse hazardous products. This place looks nice but it is a chop shop rush. The manager speaks English but never decided to step, just allowed this man to be overly rude and run off like a PUNK. Kat did an awesome job on my nails. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she did the exact design! I hate to see so many bad reviews. I use to come to this shop all the time before moving out of the area. However, I had an hair appointment nearby and decided to walk in Nailique for a quick mani, pedi, and eyebrow wax. Safe to say, not much has changed.. this nail shop still offers great service and a pampering experience. Thanks Kat.. I’ll be back.

My husband and I enjoy getting pedicures at Nailique. Overall the nail techs are good but Susan is the best one that I’ve had. The polish looks perfect and she did not rush through it. I also received a foot massage, which I enjoyed and was surprised that my husband didn’t get one as well from his nail tech for the same service. His nail tech rushed through his service. For the most part, it was a good experience.

I give this rating because of the customer service. I believe that the best thing a business should have, above their skills, is great customer service. I tried hard to keep going here because there are a few people that do great jobs on the nails and toes….but it was the rudeness I could no longer tolerate.

On Friday, 9/16, I requested a regular manicure at Nailique Spa in Homewood and was very dissatisfied. This was my first and last visit to this establishment. The nail tech filed my nails as if she were in a race. She did not take ample time to ensure that my nails were smooth and ready to be polished before applying the base coat. I pointed out nails that she had not fully polished and she quickly applied another coat of color. Needless to say, my supposed “sea salt” manicure (she threw a teaspoon of salt solution on top of each hand, quickly rubbed it in and asked me to wash the solution off) was not worth the $20 I was charged. My nails were not filed evenly, no care was given to my cuticles and my color was sloppily applied. I definitely regret walking into Nailique Spa for a manicure.

My sister and I came on 7/29. She got a full set and we both got pedi’s. Someone named Tony did her full set. The full set alone was $65 for what she wanted. 2-3 days later my sister’s full set has just about completely popped off her fingers. I call on 8/2 and Kelly says she can come back and they’ll fix it. We go back on 8/3. Another tech redid them for her. Now a week later…almost all her nails are off again. I appreciate the customer service, but we’ll never go back again.
