We made an appointment for 2pm. Got in at 2:45pm. Not great but seems to be the theme at all salons around here. Once we got in the service was good but a week out my gel polish is fading at the tips. My friends highly recommend this place so we will give them another shot

Made my daughter an appointment for her birthday to get her nails done at 4:15 my daughter had a design picked out as well and was super excited. The tech Neana was 40 mins behind as she probably took a walk in pedicure. During the pedicure she put the acrylics on my daughters nails , no trim / nothing – super long and then went back over to the pedicure. After the pedicure job, she cleaned the station up and went into the back break room, heated up her supper and ate. While my daughter waited… now this gave the nail tech only 30 mins of time, because my daughter had another appointment at 6:00. I asked the tech what her plans are to get done now in 30 mins? Not like we can just leave with the job already started. She asked if we could come back tomorrow. I’m said we live 45 mins away and wanted this done before her birthday, made the appointment, plenty of time before her 6:00 appointment….. So we were late to her 6:00 appointment and since the nail tech ate her supper on my daughters time, we had to skip supper. Awful experience!! No discount was offered either.

Supper nice people! Good pricing! But I recommend not going after 7:15 when there about to close. They just rushed out with out telling me how long to dry my nails for they just leave right as soon as there done..

I told them the water was too hot and the guy just told me I wasn’t use to it and didn’t even cool it down. I pushed through it and walked out with a clear red line where the water ended on my legs. The pedi was fine but staff was rude.

We arrived early and our last person was not seated for over an hour and twenty minutes!! Ridiculous amount of waiting. Only took off $10 for the long wait. Very bad customer service! I called in for an appointment early in the day for an appointment at 5:00 pm for four people. We arrived early and our last person was not seated for over an hour and twenty minutes!! Ridiculous amount of waiting. Only took off $10 for the long wait.
