The first time I came to nail salon was a few months ago. I loved it they charged me 25$ for my full set I was in shock at the cost but was very happy at the same time. The next time they told me it would be 35$ for it changed to 38$ because of me wanting more colors (the 3$ is understandable but the extra 10$ up from the last time did. When I went in today I had my daughter with me because it was her birthday. She wants her nails done. She kept trying to get her hands in front of mine so they would paint her nails and no one would. She went to the chair beside me sat and put her hands up to the lady I told the lady I would pay her if she even just did two nails. She said she did not think that my daughter would sit still.. no one would do her nails. And on top of it all I was charged 45$ and nothing was different than the time before. Put no kids on your doors if you’re not going to do everyone’s nails

I asked for black nails with a white star design and glossy finish. I received black nails with green glitter that are overly thick and ugly and she painted them to be matte. I had to ask several times for glossy. I let them see a picture of what I wanted from the beginning. I was completely ignored. I paid $40 for something I didn’t even ask for and do not even like. I will not be back.

I got a fill in with black french tips, on saturday 4/30/2022. she rushed and was done very quickly which i thought was a good thing. now by wednesday may 04, 2022 i have had 5 nails break already. i could get maybe one or two but 5??? and i don’t even have a hard labor job right now. i called the store to get a refund because i honestly didn’t want them fixed, i just wanted some of my money back because they didn’t last even a week. they refused a refund, and when i spoke to the owner, he said “i refuse to give a refund, you can either come here and i fix it or get over it” and hung up on me. very unprofessional. stick to sassy nails in guntersville instead. way better quality nails.

Positive: QualityDid a beautiful job. Typically I get a manicure on my own nails and alotta shops treat my nails like a red headed step child. But John worked a miracle. Came in with wolverine nails and left with pretty manicured nails.

My friend and I got pedicures and manicures. I’ve only been here once in recent years. We did not have an appointment, but they were not busy, do they were able to take us right away. During the weekend, appointments highly recommended. As I write this review my powder gel nails are perfect, 4 days later. The acrylic paint I use even came off. They show you a card that has prices and you can pick what you would like done. It helps prevents most miscommunication. Everyone was polite and friendly. The massages were my favorite part. They have massage chairs that are quite comfortable. The entire experience was entirely relaxing.
