In town for the holidays. Needed a pedicure & manicure before returning home. Welcoming environment. Did not get my “tech’s” name, but he was entertaining. Usually, receive the “Spa” pedicure. Did not see it posted. Basic gel nails & pedicure. I was satisfied with service and price!

If I could give them zero stars, I would they are aggressive, unprofessional, poorly skilled and unhygienic. I was waiting for over 20 minutes to be attended and all I wanted was a gel french manicure with my natural nails and an eyebrow wax with tint. I should have left when I saw a customer visibly upset because they were in the shop for over an hour and was still waiting for another woman to finish her nails.

Absolutely awful place . The nail technicians that are actively working here forcefully push different types of nails on you even if you’re insistent on the type that you’re attempting to get. Always trying to make us go for the pricier powder option as opposed to what was initially requested . And even when we selected a cheaper option , we were OVERCHARGED for said options compared to the prices that were actually listed .
