This didn’t even deserve one star. My friend and I went there hoping for a great experience based on all the glowing reviews.. and boy were we disappointed. I can say without a doubt I had THE WORST and most traumatic experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon in my entire 35 years of life!! First, we were told to pick out a color and within second were being told to sit down. Before we could even pick. Also, we were the only two people in there. So they were not busy at all. The next part is where the trauma began. The nail tech took off the color with the grinder. Then the started taking the cuticle scissors and started pulling off the acrylics!! Without soaking them even for a second! I was screaming out in pain and she wasn’t even stopping! Nor was the owner even coming to check on me! After my friend asked the owner if there was something that could be done about my situation the woman finally started to soak them a bit. But not very long. Still not long enough. She just did not care that she was trying to rip of glued on nails that are on my real nails! She broke ever single one of my real nails all the way down to where there’s nothing left. When it came to painting them, and I just did a gel, she zipped through and when it came to cleaning up the color on my skin, she used the cuticle scissors and kept taking off more and more of my skin!!! When I showed here where there was still some on my pinky she pulled out the scissors again! I pulled my hand away and said no. I still cannot believe that I even paid for this service. This was my first time ever having acrylics but I knew this experience was not normal!! Even my friend, who was just getting a gel taken off and another put on, had a horrible experience. They didn’t soak her either and used the grinder to get all her gel off! He broke her nails too. The owner/manager talked to her and said these people were from another salon and his real people are on vacation. But even so, what salon were these two working at that this treatment was acceptable?! I have no nails and my nails are still throbbing. Not to mention that the shapes are all different! AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL! Seriously traumatized by this entire experience and I still can’t believe I paid for this. Never again.

I had a horrible experience with this place. I have been getting my nails done (acrylic) for years. I have never had such a horrible experience. My nail tech, who i did not get her name, but wish I did, was a horror show.. She rushed through my appointment, did not do most of the steps she was supposed to. She did not want to take my old polish off with the polish remover so she used the drill, the drilled my nails to smooth them out, and was actually burning me, and knew it, and just kept doing it, just to finish! She did the fill in in 20 mins with polish and left all my nails unfiled with ragged corners.She was the worst. NEVER AGAIN!

Critical: Quality, ValueI went there for a pedicure and a nail fill. The pedicure was really relaxing and had multiple steps to it and seemed great while I was getting it done but afterward my big toe started burning and itching and now I have what appears to be a blister forming. The nail fill was done by an older gentleman who was slower than molasses. It took 2 and a half hours for a nail fill and it looks horrible. He made the nails super thick and unnatural looking. A couple of the white tips have see through areas on them. I have been getting my nails done for years and this is the first time I have ever been disappointed enough to leave a bad review for a nail salon. View the photos and judge for yourself. The pedicure was really relaxing and had multiple steps to it and seemed great while I was getting it done but afterward my big toe started burning and itching and now I have what appears to be a blister forming. I literally just got my nails done Thursday night (1-19-2023) I already have one full nail peel off and then two other nails seemed to have an air bubble and the polish came off revealing it to be still sticky underneath, like they didn’t cure like their suppose to Gel manicures

Hurt me a few times, and she left in the middle of doing my full set to go attend to another girl and do her toes then after she did that she moved me to another seat to also do the girls nails. It didn’t even stop at that the lady also kept begging for me to get gel after I told her multiple times I wanted regular. Very frustrating! I wouldn’t recommend this salon.

My male technician was awful. He skipped so many steps. Was cheap on the top coat so my nails are missing that shine. One of them is smudged. Sloppy paint job overall not happy. Wouldn’t return!!

My friend has been going here for 18 years. It was my first time here. Tony was very pleasant and professional. I asked for extensions and jel polish. Cost was $42. + Tip. I was very pleased with the results. Will go back in 3 weeks for fill in. Thank you Acrylic nails, Gel manicures, Pedicure
