My cousin recommended this place to me so I tried it out. Yen did my nails. I wanted long acrylic nails, I showed Yen a photo of a nail design I wanted and she replicated it so well. The shaping of my nails are beautiful. The quality of my nails and the design are amazing. I’m obsessed with these nails. Loved my first visit! My nails are so nice and she did exactly what I asked for with very little direction. This shop is also different where they chat with you and try to get to know you a bit. She even gave me a small discount because I had some extras like removal of a full set from a different salon I visited not even to weeks ago – that didn’t last at all (that review is next on my list), then nail art which she drew inspiration from a picture I showed her. This is definitely my new nail salon.

Super super disappointed. I came here because they are right by my work. I got acrylics not too long not too short and I explained they were for a wedding. I got them done in a Friday, and the wedding was Saturday and my pinky nail had fully come off like a stick on nail. Next day comes my pointer finger comes off, next day I’m washing my hair another ones comes off. Today my thumb nail came off. They didn’t break off, they fully came off like a glue in nail. Mind you I paid 55 dollars for them. Super disappointed and don’t even want them fixed I just want my money back.

I was so very disappointed after my two friends and I had an amazing experience with the women who gave us mani pedis. I was not planning to pay for more than myself, however my friends said they both didn’t have enough so I offered to pay for them. Once I was finished with my nails (which I adored and so did my friends), I went up the the front desk to pay. The total was more than what was in my bank account, but the woman who did my nails already swiped my card. It declined which for anyone is already humiliating… I immediately went back to my nail station, grabbed my phone, and called my dad to transfer money into my account to pay. As I was calling, I walked back up to the front desk where the manager was now present. She snapped a photo of me on her phone while I was hanging up. After my dad was able to put the money in my account, I asked the manager to swipe my card again. When she did, she printed a different customers receipt and said it was declined. I told her now I had more than enough in the account and showed her my banking app. After showing her that I also asked her to delete the photo of me because I had done nothing wrong and I was more than happy to pay for the service that I received because I work in the service industry and understand needing to be payed for your service. She then said she deleted the photo (I didn’t see her delete it) and swiped my card again. The receipt printed out and I took my card away from her and took the receipt as well. After gathering my things, I told her I would never return here again and I do not wish to. It was over priced for what we received and I don’t think what happened to me what okay AT ALL! You can have surveillance cameras with my face on it, but not on your iPhone. I was only prepared to pay for myself. ($55- no chip + polish change on toes) My friends were both $70 each for medium acrylics and color change on toes! I was very generous in my eyes for going out of my way to pay for them. The manager made me feel so humiliated.

They didn’t provide a good job- lady was on phone while taking care of my nails – she didn’t file properly and didn’t even paint my nails properly when I pointed out to her she ignored it- will never go there again- ruined my nails totally Pedicure, Hand & foot massages, Manicure, Nail cut & filing

It was a good experience the only thing I didn’t like how I think its the owner always made sure that its extra money. I didn’t ask how much it was she came out from the back grabbed my bottle and she goes its extra! If you want people to know then put a sign by them! Don’t make me feel weird about it! Other than that pedi chair was extremely nice and my manicure is amazing! Just need to work on their communication skills
