Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityThe staff here is absolutely wonderful, welcoming, and professional. I felt so relaxed at this salon I literally almost fell asleep twice while getting massaged. Coco did my lavender pedicure/ gel polish which was fantastic, she is incredible at massaging, so much so that I literally might come in a few days just to get a massage by her. Katy did an amazing job with my nails. The vibes in this salon match no other, every person in there is so sweet, and kind. I will be returning very soon. The staff here is absolutely wonderful, welcoming, and professional. I felt so relaxed at this salon I literally almost fell asleep twice while getting massaged. Coco did my lavender pedicure/ gel polish which was fantastic, she is incredible at massaging, so much so that I literally might come in a few days just to get a massage by her. Critical: QualityDuring my pedicure, they cut open my toe and couldn’t stop the bleeding from how badly they injured me. They then wouldn’t give me a discount and pressured me into giving a tip. Absolutely terrible and never going back. During my pedicure, they cut open my toe and couldn’t stop the bleeding from how badly they injured me. They then wouldn’t give me a discount and pressured me into giving a tip. Absolutely terrible and never going back. I know multiple people that have similar poor experiences here where the service is not up to par and full payment AND tip is pressured by the staff.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI went for a regular pedicure and powder gel manicure, while I had powder gel already. I asked them to remove it, and they completely ignored me for the entire duration of my pedicure. Once they finally started to soak it off, the acetone was on me for about 40 minutes, and it burnt my fingers terribly. When I asked for them to remove it, they said no. I went for a regular pedicure and powder gel manicure, while I had powder gel already. I asked them to remove it, and they completely ignored me for the entire duration of my pedicure. Once they finally started to soak it off, the acetone was on me for about 40 minutes, and it burnt my fingers terribly. When I asked for them to remove it, they said no.
