My first time here at the recommendation of my hair stylist ♀️. The shop is very nice and I noticed that each tech cleaned between each customer, which is of big importance to me. They also use the plastic bowl protectors and changed them as soon as they were prepping for the next client. I got a basic mani-pedi done by Tina. She did a wonderful job! I haven’t had my hands or nails done in years so this is a big deal for me. Tina is very pleasant and quite skilled at what she does I know that I will be setting another appointment w/her, hopefully soon. Also, big kudos to the gentleman who manages the front desk. He is so nice and professional to all who enter the shop.

I wish my name was on my coffee when I went to pick it up at the counter. I was asked when I ordered, “what name would you like on the order”?. When my order is ready, call my name and not what I ordered. This could be for any of the 6 or 7 people waiting for their coffee. When I heard a description of the coffee placed at the Pick Up counter, I thought it was mine, but how do I know for sure? PUT NAMES ON ORDERS/CUPS!!! Nobody wants someone to pick up or touch their drink and find out it’s not theirs and now you get it after it’s contaminated.

My first experience here in June was amazing the younger girl did both my nails and Toes. The experience I had on July 14th was awful and I wasn’t gonna write a review but everyday my nails are flying off. The lady who did my pedicure was very rude and asked said whens the last time you had a pedicure your feet are horrible I work on my feet all days so to me that was rude she rushed because she had a client waiting. the lady that did my nails was awful she rushed as well and when I told her i wanted square nails recommended a different shape because my fingers were “fat”. Don’t think I will be returning back here anymore

0/10 would not recommend. If I could give zero stars, I would. Visited this place to get a shellac take off and the tech was AWFUL. She drilled so hard onto my nails and it was thin shellac too — YOU DO NOT DRILL SHELLAC OR GELS. This was not acrylic or dip powder. I decided not to say anything as I’m usually used to the polish being soaked off with acetone.

I usually have a great experience. This experience was awful. Not my first bad experience. I have been coming here for years because I have had experienced great service here. I will be going to another salon to get a proper mani pedi. I paid $80 and my poor feet look like I did them myself. My fingers are still calloused . I stand on my feet all day braiding hair. I can paint my own nails. I go to the salon to rid my hands and feet of hard skin.
