From the time I walked in the door I received A-1 customer service! (Not ignored like A LOT of these other shops) I visited Queen nails for a rush nail polish change and was asked if I wanted a pedicure. Although in a hurry I accepted because everyone was so friendly. I’m so happy I did when I say this was THE BEST pedicure I’ve ever had! The nail tech took her time and was so attentive to my feet. I loved it! And the building itself was is so well kept. I will definitely be returning!

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI went to get my feet done today and wanted to take off my old nails. I had told the nail tech that I wanted to soak them off and the nail tech said “NO” and that would take too long to do. The nail tech decided on their own to pop off my old nails with another nails and damaged my natural nails and making them bleed.
