Critical: QualityHonestly I’m not happy. Before I went there, my nails were nice and strong and were the perfect length. The nail tech instead of letting the nail polish remover finish soaking to get the existing polish off, she filed off the nail polish. She filed down so much that my nail beds were on fire and became very brittle. My nail beds still feel like they are on fire hours later. I asked her repeatedly to not do that and she kept telling me it was fine. I asked to not have them cut so I can keep the length and instead she filed my nails down to my cuticles because my nail beds were so brittle that my nails started to crack from her filling off the nail polish. Honestly I’m not happy. Before I went there, my nails were nice and strong and were the perfect length. The nail tech instead of letting the nail polish remover finish soaking to get the existing polish off, she filed off the nail polish.
