Completely blown away at the level of professionalism at this salon. First of all clean, comfortable and impeccable work. I normally hate getting my nails done because I never know what I’m going to get. This was my first time here and honestly this is how getting your nails done should be like. Not stressful but chill and getting your money’s worth. Toney was the tech that worked on me and I never want to go anywhere else.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityHad a terrible experience last month getting a dip manicure here. Was hopeful during the process, as she paid great attention to detail, but after I left I had to turn right around because she put a gel top coat on without using the light to set it and the manicure was ruined. Still after getting them “fixed”, my nails were a mess. Called back later about getting them redone the next day or a refund and the lady rudely told me she didn’t need my money, so I wouldn’t recommend spending yours here. Limited color selection for dip powders, as well, and took over two hours for a one hour service. Was hopeful during the process, as she paid great attention to detail, but after I left I had to turn right around because she put a gel top coat on without using the light to set it and the manicure was ruined. I walked in and all 3 ladies working looked at me then turn away. One of them finally spoke up and said ‘hello’. I asked for a gel manicure and pedicure and she said ‘no’. No explanation, no wait time. Just ‘no’. I stared at her for another minute to wait for any follow-up, but got nothing. I said “okay” and left. Rude.

it was amazing. I felt relaxed I short so had to move forward in my chair and the woman doing my nails got me a pillow to put behind my back. she was gentle but very Thorough. it feel and looks amazing. when my feet were drying she gave me a mimi shoulder massage. I definitely be going back.

They said they dont do designs on no chip. And my girls 11 and 6 yr old nails were not done too well. Massage was great and no chip colors were nice to pick from. It was 50/50 for us
