I wwent in today trying to get a pedicure. There were SO many sanitation issues. First, the technician went from one spa chair to mine and attempted to touch me with the same gloves on. Eeww. I asked her to change her gloves and she complied. We then proceed. When it’s time to file my nails I notice old pink polish on the nail file along with other gunk. I asked her if they reuse their files and sponges, she said yes. I think asked to speak to the manager who I informed was a safety violation. I let her know buffers and files can not be sanitized and are meant for one time use… she did not care AT all! She was rude, short, and not concerned about the potential infections they are handing out. YUCK. I got out the chair and left… I stopped at the next nail salon I saw and they understand sanitation and cleanliness. I will never return to this salon.

After a 1.5 years of dedicated patronage at this location; I was turned away at the door. I’m a regular, but was told I could not be seen due to previous appointments. They open at 9am; I was parked at 8:47am. I arrived before the people with appointments. I’m very upset and disappointed about how I was treated by an establishment that I have spent money and recommended countless people to try. Completely unacceptable!

The lady didn’t give enough effort. I asked for long and she gave me short. None of my nails were the same length or size. My nails look like eggs. They look horrible, a lot of them are too thick I had asked her to make them thinner and she just kinda laughed and asked which one. Also 2 of them where put on and they weren’t even straight. I would only recommend this place if you want egg shaped nails.

Always a quality job. My favorite tech, Nina does what ever shape or design I ask. She is proficient and quick with doing my nails. I frequent many nail shops but always return because she doesn’t take long and the work is quality always.

Not very friendly. Not a good massage with pedi or mani. You’re a number of not a regular from what I saw and experienced. No communication, no pride in the work done. I felt like I was on an assembly line. I will not come back or reccomend. Sad this is a great area to have such bad service. Too expensive to only get half the care. Lilly who wasn’t my nail tec or my friends, which we came together, was the only nice and friendly person here.

I am giving this business a low rating for their customer service. On my last visit I presented my debit card for payment and they told me they wanted cash for the tip. When I told them I didn’t have cash they told me to walk over to the Kroger to take out cash from the ATM. It is unreasonable to accept card but expect customers to leave a cash tip, especially if they do not have an ATM inside. I will not be back.

I did not enjoy this. I came here on my birthday for what i thought was going to be a simple but cute nail design. I wanted regular French tips with some sparkle polish. That’s all. The lady who helped me wasn’t very kind and wouldn’t listen to what i was saying. My nails were uneven and all different lengths, so i kept telling her what i wanted and she didn’t really ever respond to me. I knew what i was talking about because a simple French nail is what i usually get because it’s my favorite, but she seemed like she didn’t know what she was doing, and if she did, it didn’t seem like she cared. I promise i wasn’t being too picky, but even if i was… they’re MY nails. IM the one that has to wear them for weeks and IM the one paying. Eventually she seemed to get annoyed and actually stopped in the MIDDLE of doing my nails and got someone else todo them even though i was being extremely kind to her. If it wasn’t for the other lady asking me what i wanted and caring like you SHOULD, i would’ve given this place 1 star. I didn’t see the other lady the rest of the time. I think you could guess who i tipped, but needless to say… i won’t be coming here again.
