I usually see Tonya for my acrylic nails and manicures. She does I great job. I don’t know the name of the man who did my new set today, but he seemed very put out to be doing my mani/pedi. My daughter and I went here for the first time tonight. Kim and Nina did an amazing job. They got us in and out of there in 48 minutes. We still received great service and quality nails. I will say 22 minutes before closing 2 people walked in wanting service and they did not turn them away. I was here yesterday and I’ve never had such bad service at this or any other nail salon. I asked for dip powder as I always do, I was seated right away which is nice but I had a lady I’ve never had before (don’t know her name) the 1st problem was with the removal of my old dip powder, she only let them soak for as long as it took for her to drill at my other hand and kept having me switch back and forth like that until all the old powder was gone. By the time that was done my nails were very sore from the drilling. I wasn’t sure why It was being rushed as there were only like 2 other customers there at the time that were already getting services. While she was dipping my nails she continually looked over my shoulder like every minute or so until another customer came in (I assume maybe it was an appointment of hers?) And then she really started rushing. The whole thing was done very sloppily the tips of my nails are very rough and visibly jagged on my thumb nail and the powder is lumpy and visibly uneven on most of my nails. I usually receive excellent service from the nail tech I usually go to so I guess I learned to only make appointments with him from now on.

I never leave reviews but I left here pretty frustrated. Miranda did a good job, however, she really needs to work on her people skills. I tried talking to her and she didn’t really talk back. I showed her a picture of the nail color and design I wanted which included leaves. They didn’t have the leaves so she improvised. It was nothing like the picture; didn’t cover the whole tip like the picture did. Gave me attitude about not liking it. I then told her to just paint the whole nail over what she had did and it looked even worse. She then said “well what would you like me to do because I have another appointment”, when she was late to mine, therefore, she caused herself to be behind. She also said “in the future, tell me you don’t like it before I’m done”, when how am I supposed to know if I like it beforehand…. I got home and noticed they’re not all the same length. I’m also pretty sure she overcharged me for what I got. My nails are longer than I wanted but they’re still not very long, they’re all one color and it was still $55 without tip. Won’t be coming back unless I see someone else.
