They do NOT know how to do French tips. I was cut multiple times. And that’s not what even bugs me the most. They had a guy doing nails who was coughing every couple seconds, mucus all in his throat. He couldn’t even speak because it was so bad and when he did it sounded like he had flem all in his throat and he would go into a coughing fit. And to make matters worse he wasn’t wearing his mask properly and coughing DIRECTLY into my friends face.

First and only time. The salon was dirty and u kept upon walking in and I probably should have left then, but I made an appointment and wanted to uphold it.. The man, John, who began my nails must have been either having a very bad day or was very inexperienced. He kept taking the powder dip off after applying multiple layers and then reapplying it. It looked terrible. Then another woman came over and just took over and when I asked if everything was ok with the powder and if I should select another color (I thought maybe it was expired or something and another dip might be better) I was met with some attitude. It took 3 hours for powder dip. It should never take that long. My nails were so chunky and thick and uneven. 🙁

I find it very difficult to find a salon that has done my nails to the point where they last more than a week. I’ve tried gels, acrylic regular manicure etc…. nothing has worked for me. I normally have lifting within a week to the point that they need to be redone or they pop right off. I recently tried this salon because it was close to my work. I told my manicurist about my previous experience and she suggested I try dipping powder. I have to say I was really happy with the initial result and over the moon when they only started to lift on 2 nails 3 weeks after application. The price was completely adequate and I went back today for another great experience. Highly recommend

Critical: Quality, ValuePaid $111 dollars for a ped/ mani with no polish I was cut multiple times. I asked to be sat with some who can do a design which I never received. Very disappointed. Pedi was horrible , I won’t be back.

I tried this nail salon today and they were terrible. Both the manicurist and pedicecurist did not paint to the cuticle. They also put the gloss in one swipe in the middle, not painting the sides of my nails. Terrible job from both. Would not recommend.
