i have been going to this place since my first time getting my nails done. it really is a gamble depending on who you get for your tech. the design is as close as can be id say for what i wanted. mostly every time i’ve gone they finish quickly which can be good or bad, and once she finished one hand the other one was a bit rushed. the vicinity is comfortable and pretty. they are sweet and very social.

Worst experience ever. Poor quality. Never again. I haven’t had any pedicures done on my feet for 6 months d/t foot surgery. I clearly explained this to them. They asked if I wanted to do the $30, 40 or $45 pedicures. When I said I wanted the $30 pedicure, out of no where, a young girl appeared. She appeared to be between 19-22 years old. Very young comparing to the much older, experienced women. I wanted to give her a chance. She tried. And, what I received was a pedicure worth $5. No kidding. I planned to do a manicure as well. I politely said thank you, paid them and left. Never again. Worst 25 minutes, $30 spent. Will continue go to New York for my nails. If I can rate a star less than 1, I would. Thank you Boston.

I’m so surprised there is negative reviews, I love this place!! I came here last year for a manicure and it was fantastic. I got my acrylics filled yesterday and the manager (I believe) fixed up my nails as my previous salon hadn’t done a great job. One of the nails came out too short and they are accommodating by fixing it for free. The color selection is also out of this world, they have so many options it’s almost impossible to choose. Will definitely be back!

It all depends on who you get at this place. Annie is amazing. One time I went there and the woman cut the nail bed of my foot but didn’t tell me so I didn’t realize until I got home and there was a pool of blood in my nail bed. Another time I went I got my eyebrows done which were done well but while she was doing my eyebrows she dripped hot wax in my tear duct.

Out of the hundreds of nail salons in Brockton this one is by far the best. It’s the cleanest and the staff is amazing. I love how they remember you and take great care of you. They also have an amazing assortment of nail polish colors. They’re prices are fair and you definitely get your money’s worth
