After their recent change of ownership, I had a good experience here. The woman who did my nails communicated well and was talented, giving me just the shape I wanted, and answered my questions well. They seemed a bit understaffed and I had to wait about 30 minutes, but the service was quick. As an English only speaker, there was a bit of a language barrier with some employees, but they seem to have regulars. The inside was also very stylish!

this place i do not recommend for a 100 reasons, lets start with there community services. i walk in right? i say hey how are you, can i get a fill, yeah yeah go pick your color…. i pick me color for maybe 3 minutes im just looking around at the colors and choosing… a lady that works there goes “come sit” “choose your color” in an aggressive tone. i sit down and she started chipping my old acrylic nails off, the man worker there just stared at me, my lady goes “your nail to old” i couldn’t quite understand that, i thought she was talking to another worker, the guy throws his hands up and goes “answer her” and starts yelling at me. second reason i dont recommend this place, the nail quality. super poor cheap products i could buy at a wallgreens, my nails are different lengths. all sorts of shapes. the design was a simple heart. doesnt look like one. they dont have prices up in the store they could charge me a million dollars and i wouldnt know. not going back there. makes sense there rated 2.5 stars.

Critical: Cleanliness, Quality, ValueI got a gell manicure and it cost 35 dollars. That is the same price as a full set of acrylics at other places. My nails have dirt in them and I showed them a picture and they said they couldn’t do nail art on non acrylics. They then put a sticker on only 2 of my nails when I wanted on all of my nails. So first they say they can’t do it, then they did, but they did it wrong. They don’t have prices posted any where so they could have charged me anything. They talked very quietly so I couldn’t understand the lady who did my nails. She litterly whispered and then when I asked her to speak up, she just didn’t. Critical: QualityI understand it’s the day before a holiday. But when I called at 2:46 and ask them if I could come in for a broken nail they said yes. I even confirmed that I literally work right next-door basically three stores down that I’m getting out of work at 5 o’clock. Can I still come, they told me yes I get there at 5:12 . They asked me how can I help you I said I’m here for a broken nail. They said sorry you were too busy do you have two employees just sitting there doing nothing. Save your time and money and do your own nails. “Service” is provided by technicians who seem to wish that they were absolutely anywhere else. I could have done a better job just painting my own nails. For $25 a “basic” or “traditional” pedicure included about 25 seconds of leg massage, a cursory pass with the callous remover, and about 4 snips with the cuticle cleaner. My daughter and I couldn’t get appointments at our usual place in town and decided to try this other option. Definitely won’t make that mistake again.

worst quality acrylics I think I’ve ever experienced. Not only was the quality of the nails awful, but so was the service. The woman could barely understand me and told me a separate, less expensive, price than what I was charged after my nails were finished. I asked for a Coffin shaped nail and instead the came out looking like flat, fat choads. Me & my 3 friends nails all came out equally mortifying. I wouldn’t wish a full set like these on my worst enemy.

Nice people but poor product- wanted regular manicure mostly because I just like taking care of my cuticles and both times they push to use gel for the higher price. Both times the polish started peeling off the minute I got home. Not very clean sink and other items. Probably won’t go back there.
