I went to get an acrylic nail removal and this is how my nails currently look. I’ve NEVER had issues with my nails before and I frequently go here to get pedicures and french tip acrylic done. Instead of getting a soak off the individual doing my nails used a nail clipper and gets a fake nail tip and shoves it between my natural nail and the acrylic nail to remove nail. Which caused stripping of the top layer of my natural nail and as you can see also taking off my real natural nail. I told her it hurt and then she stopped but the damage was already done. Also in the process as you can see the acrylic isn’t completely off either and my nails had to be trimmed shorter because they were broken off and damaged in the process. The owner wanted me to allow the lady to file my nail that is coming off. I was not going to allow that. Due to my frustration I paid and left, I have to go to urgent care now, because my nails are extremely sensitive and painful. I am extremely upset and will not be back. Please beware.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. Today was my second visit. I made an appointment 2 days in advance for 11 am. I got there at 10:53 am and was told to wait. Then, instead of wrapping each finger in a piece of foil individually, Nina told me to put my fingers in a bowl full of pure acetone… As a result, my skin is peeling off now. This is unacceptable. I was left unattended for 35 mins and I then decided to ask if anyone was going to work on my nails. The guy next to me told me he would finish working on his client (even though she was a walk in), and then he would take me. Instead, I was moved to 3 different workplaces, and it was 11:48 when someone finally started to work on my nails. The tech seemed to be nice, but she kept leaving me unattended to chat with someone or answer the phone. She left several cuts on my cuticles, and she didn’t even work on them. Not worth the price they charged me – $50 plus tips. I’m not going to return and I don’t recommend this place.

Worst manicure I’ve ever received. This was my first time here and cindi was my nail tec. During my time there, I was at two stations and both were covered in a gritty material. It might have been the dip powder, it might have been nail filings but either way it was disgusting. Once I was actually getting my nails done, she cut me not once, but twice with the nail buffer. Then she proceeded to paint over my cuts causing blood to be apart of my manicure now. I’m not sure how many people that this has happened to but I’m sure I’m not the first. She then proceeded to cough on my hands while talking and her mask was down. She barely touched my cuticles so manicure looks only half complete. This was not worth almost $40. I am not happy at all and will not be returning.

Was my first time here and it will be my last. Walked in to get a pedicure and fill in with gel polish with an appointment scheduled 2 days in advance. The older lady that did my pedicure did more laughing and joking with everyone around her than providing me a relaxing service after a long stressful day. She didnt touch my cuticles until right before polishing my toe nails. We had to redo a few nails due to a sloppy polish job and instead of using the clean up brush took she proceeded to dig into my skin until I asked her to stop and have the younger guy next to her complete the job. Nina did my fill in and while she was nice and polite, she rushed the job and ran the shop more than providing a service. My right hand is fine but my left looks like I never even got a fill in. The people are nice but I will never go back.I just paid smiled and left as I was starving and fed up by the end of it all.

I used to be a customer years ago and decided I would go back again. I am glad I did! Melissa was AMAZING. She took her time, was very attentive to detail which is very important to me, and she was over all very sweet!! She has definitely gained a new customer!!
