This place is scamming their customers left and right. How cheap can you be to not have a card machine? It’s obvious they own the ATM machine that’s in there. I guess they figure they can make some more money with the atm instead of paying merchant fees if they accepted cards..It’s 2022 get your card machine fixed. Everybody doesn’t do cash or debit cards. I hope my people wake up and see what’s going on

The service in this place has gone done. I have came here a couple times to give it a chance. First off they haven’t gotten the credit card machine fix and I don’t think they will. I don’t like having to use the atm every time I visit this salon. Also I was asked to pay before my services was rendered. I ask why and I was told by the guy up front because it was the weekend. He just lied in my face. I have been during the week and on weekends and this was the first. Also I waited to see if he was doing everyone the same. Customers after me were paying after their services. Be careful because they will try to change prices on you quick. I was quoted one price for a medi and pedi. I wanted gel on my hands not my toes. The person doing my service try to act like he didn’t understand what I was saying. He put gel on my toes when I specifically said I on my hands only. They was trying to charge me but I said that’s not what I asked for. Another time my gel polish only lasted 2 days before it start peeling and cracking . This is unacceptable when I’m being charge high prices for poor services.

Took mother-in-law, nail job rushed and crooked. She had gone before, said they did good job, sev yrs ago. And that thing of forcing one to use their ATM, do they get a kickback? Why don’t they just say cash only I never waste money getting nails/eyebrows done, and after reading these review, glad I don’t waste my money. Save ur money and put towards school

This place is the most unorganized business I’ve ever been in. They have a website where you book appointments with different techs but still manage to double or triple book at the same time. This was my 3rd time going to this salon. I was extremely upset! My first visit I had acrylic overlay with gel polish. The cost was $45. I returned a second time for the same service. It was $25. I just went again just this week. I had a gel pedicure, it was $45! I asked how much for the acrylic, gel manicure…it was $45! Just for the nails. I didn’t get my planned manicure because the prices are astronomically too high.

This place was once my go to nails spot. Now each time you go they change the prices. The last encounter i had was horrible. I asked for French nails and when i told the nail tech i didn’t like it she got mad and started filing the nails off. Overall it was ugly. And she was rude. Acrylic nails, Eyelash extensions
