Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI NEVER leave reviews but this was SO BAD. My “nail tech,” for lack of better word, sanded my nails AFTER she finished painting them! I was kinda like “okay maybe she knows something I don’t.” Nope. It just greyed them so they looked dirty at the tips. Then she shaved them down suuuuuper short. I don’t know how you mess up a gel manicure. They weren’t acrylic or anything it shoulda been easy. They look like my 15 year old niece did them. The were nice enough people, I’ll give them that, but this was the worst manicure I’ve gotten in my life. I actually loved my gel manicure from here! The place was not great in terms of professionalism but it’s a mall, how much can we expect? The lady i had did a good job but my friends got some lady who did not care at all. It’s a gamble honestly. There are better salons elsewhere but if you are swinging by the mall might as well get it done here.

I called at 7:54pm told them I’ll be there by 8:15pm they waited for me and I did the works Mani, Pedi, and eyebrows MY took care of me she did a great job with everything she took her time I didn’t leave until 9:55pm. My friend was so impressed when we walked in she also got a pedicure from another worker. Best Spa Pedicure Ever!!! Thank you ladies we will be coming back.

Honestly,because of all the bad reviews I was skeptical of this place. Frankie was great. He Knew exactly how to shape my nails, as this was my first time here and I didn’t need an appointment. My daughter also got her nails done a full set that came out great. Overall great experience.

They messed my nail up 3 times,. I don’t like tips, I went for a refill on all occasions each time caused me to break nail and eventually had to cut my nails and start all over. I had the worst experience there. I got my nails done yesterday. Before I even do anything, I show them the design that I want they told me that someone would be able to do it. She was looking at the design trying she could not do it. She did something else for me which I didn’t mind even though I hated it I didn’t want to cause a scene, but this morning one of the nails broke.

Wanted to give this place a try regardless of the reviews cos I really needed my powder off and a color on, the woman flooded my cuticle and when I showed her, couldn’t fix it. When she tried she only lifted the coats of gel she previously painted on leaving my nail exposed. Manager had to fix it and when I showed her the woman acted like that was ok for me to leave with after swiping my card for 35$ I shouldn’t have allowed her to swipe for such a shtty job. If you see the reviews please don’t come here regardless of how bad you need something done.

I’ve always gone to this nail salon and never would I have thought to complain about it. The past two times I went I never got my guy who knew exactly how I wanted my nails, they always came out perfect. These past two times I’ve gotten a lady. First time I had her she didn’t even ask me how I wanted my acrylic nails done. She cut them so short, didn’t ask me what color I wanted nor if I wanted a design on them or not. This time I had asked for black acrylic nails with red flames. One of my nails is crooked and the flames came out horrible. I never hated my nails so much before. I didn’t even want to leave a tip for her cause she did so bad but sadly I did.
