A very disappointing pedicure. The lady barely filed my nails (a couple were even ragged after) or trimmed the cuticles. I had to ask to have her use the pumice stone again because the 1st time she hardly put any pressure, literally no difference from before she started. I sincerely felt like she was just passively doing my feet with no real attention. I take care of my feet at home, so not a lot of work was needed, but she did the very minimum. I almost wanted to ask her for the stone so I could do it myself. I drove 40 mins to come here to treat myself to a pre-bday pedicure, and it was totally not worth it. There’s a reason they were the only shop taking walk-ins on a Friday out of the other 10 shops I called. Also, the safety precautions I’ve seen in many other salons in the area are not used here: they don’t use the plastic covers on the basins and no individual mani/pedi kits. Paint job was also mediocre.

I wanted to try a new nail salon and after my experience here, I regretted it and went back to my nail salon. They rushed my nail fill and didn’t clean underneath my acrylics. Within two days, I had two nails break (never had that issue with my old nail salon). They overcharge for their service and not the best quality of nails.

I don’t ever write reviews but my experience went from bad to worse at this place that I have to write a review. I had been going here for many years even when the prior owners had this place and had always had a good experience but the last few times were horrible and therefore this most recent visit will be the last. First they say “walk ins” welcome but they are always irritated when you walk in without an appointment and if they do fit you in they will rush things and do a horrible job. This has happened to me more than once. This last time I went the girl was doing a pedicure and she looked unhappy or irritated and she let me know by how she was doing my pedicure that she was not happy to be doing it. She even cut me and then when I moved due to the burning on the cut after putting alcohol on she gave me this nasty look. Nails look horrible very disappointed. Then this other lady was asking about the new chairs and she gave her this nasty look and answer. They were not even that busy and were rushing through everyone and super rude. Very sad that they have gotten this way. I really liked going there. Now going to look for a new place.
