The end result was ok. Not the best ombre powder set I have had. But solid. For a pedi and fullest with removal of my old one it cost 101. I have had better and done more for this price. Buttt the costumer service is amazing. They are all nice and funny .

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueThe woman doing my nails cut me while doing my cuticles. She cut me so much that I kept bleeding throughout the whole manicure. She kept having to start all over on that nail because it was dripping down to the nail polish. It took over an hour to do my nails because of this. AT THE END MY FINGER WAS STILL DRIPPING BLOOD, IT WAS SWOLLEN & BLACK! I told the main guy in charge that I wasn’t going to pay for that. He looked at my finger, shrugged his shoulders & said “oh well, sometimes that happens”. He then said that I only had to pay for the gel not the service but it still ended up being more than half the price! I told him to look at my finger & he wouldn’t budge. I’ve gotten cut before in manicures & I’ve never complained. Because it’s only been the exterior thin layer the skin but this was a whole different level. Nailpro is always busy, but with good reason. Good location, clean and bright inside. Their Pedicure service is always great, and although I always stick with Aaron for my acrylics, (who is amazing and an extremely talented artist!)…but as far as I’ve seen, all of the other nail techs are also really good as well. Definitely recommend this place

Today was my first time visiting Nail Pro and I’m beyond impressed . Everyone greats you as you walk in. The place is pretty clean and organized . It’s small but everything’s spaced out so you have room and you can move comfortably. I went to Henry . He made sure all my nails were filed evenly and thin ( a personal preference). He was very gentle and made sure I liked everything he did as he did it . I will definitely be returning and recommending this nail shop.

My mom and I went for the first time to this location. We usually go next door to JP’s but they were busy and didn’t acknowledge us when we stood at the front desk. At Nail Pro, my mom had Jim do her pedi and Henry do her mani. Both were very friendly and patient and did an excellent job. My mom asked for her a natural color and Henry found #187 which my mom really liked happy with service. We will be returning:)

Not the fanciest place I’ve been to.. but definitely the friendliest. The manager is really cool and will accommodate any request for preferred manicurist. I’ve tried several of the regular workers there and they are all good! That’s not common for a nail shop.. that’s why I keep coming back.

I don’t usually do reviews!!! But!!! It was my first time trying this place and I loved it! They were so nice! There was a guy going around asking everyone if everything was going good! My nail girl massaged me for like 5 minutes and on my way home i messed up my nail, and i was scared to go back and tell them if they can fix my nail and a lady did. I asked her how much for fixing it and she said nothing!! We don’t charge so I will be going back!

Yesterday was the second time I went to this place. First time was good, good service, no wait and decent price. Second time, I was told to sit at a table and waited about 30 minutes for someone to come. I was going in for a fill and fix 3 nails that broke off. 1st, she didn’t bother to take off all the previous RED gel polish so my nails had streak, she put the new acrylic over it, so of course you could see the red under it. 2nd, she cut my fingers with the drill not once but a few times. 3rd, I asked for coffin nails and for some reason she left them round on the middle and last, when she applied the new gel polish it was so lumpy and showed all of the imperfections of the nails. When I showed her how lumpy the thumb nails looked and she did try to fix it but someone else had to come and show her how to do it. I asked him if he could fix them for me, he said no that she was ‘good’ and could do it. I gave up and told her I had to leave after being there for about 2 hours for a fill. I refused to let them charge me for a gel polish that I didn’t have and they insisted I come back for. I ended up paying $28 for a messed up fill with crooked nails and cut up fingers. I wish I would have taken pictures before I had to go somewhere else to get them fixed. Btw, the girl at the register or whatever got nasty when I refused to pay for something I did not have or want! (The gel)
