I realize there aren’t many options in Sheridan, but I would avoid at all costs. Facility is very dirty. Selections are poor. We had made 4 appointments for full pedicure and manicures, they were not prepared for the advance appointments. We waited almost an hour at pedicure bowl while the water turned cold. We cancelled two half services and two full services. Paint job was sloppy and not well done.

I made an appointment at 1:30 and sat there for 30 minutes waiting to get called over, and then I got told it’ll be another hour. What’s the point of an appointment when i’m not going to get sat till an hour and a half later? Happens every time I decide to go here, never again! Either don’t accept appointments or don’t allow walks in’s unless you have OPENINGS! Very sad because when you do get in they do a good job.

I was a walk in. I had been looking for someone to do a full set of nails for about a month. The staff was absolutely amazing!!! Very friendly and didn’t make me feel uncomfortable. The gentleman that did my nail set was very polite and didn’t hurt my hands. I’m very appreciative of them and I love the set of nails I got. Definitely going back to get a fill in!!

Update: The salon contacted me following my review. After quite a bit of back and forth I finally asked the purpose of the call. The manager then stated that if I was unwilling to change my review they would sue me for slander. I was shocked and still am. Rather than seeking an amicable resolution they have resorted to threats. This experience sufficiently demonstrates the character of the company. I cannot in good faith recommend this company to anybody.

They give appointments they do not stand behind, they take walk ins ahead of appointments in an effort to get as many people in as possible. I’ve made four different appointments and sat for longer than 30 minutes each time. Very unprofessional. Unsanitary stations as well. Acrylic nails
