Nail Pro

Critical: Professionalism, ValueI have been going to nail pro for awhile and this is the 1st time I’ve had an issue.. I walk in sign in wash my hands pick my color and design I go back up front and sit down, another girl walks in after me does the same thing and she gets in a chair before me. I had an appointment for 12:30 at 1:00 they finally asked me back. Everything is going great she gets to a nail she starts pulling at the side I told her if it needs to come off and be fixed that was fine she no no it’s fine, I said ok and she went on. When she starts doing my design I noticed she started rushing through it, it was suppose to have little circles I barely have dashes my under nail is just totally butchered. I went today and tried to talk to them and I let them know that my nails were destroyed and all I wanted was an apology and some money off my next appointment.. She gave me all my money back and told me not to come back… I’m shocked. Here are the pictures of my nails and the recording of today.. I have been going to nail pro for awhile and this is the 1st time I’ve had an issue.. I walk in sign in wash my hands pick my color and design I go back up front and sit down, another girl walks in after me does the same thing and she gets in a chair before me. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueThis was my first time there, and they were amazing! They had me wash hands before even touching the pen to sign in (as was noted on their door as well). Very clean. The pedicure was perfect. I loved the little foot/leg massage they did and the massage chair was super relaxing, with a view of their fish. The gel nail manicure couldn’t have gone better. They did everything I like, with no pain like I’ve experienced at some places. The lady that did my manicure was very careful to make sure they were done to perfection, and cleaned up all of the edges nicely and thoroughly. It was all done quickly enough for me to still run errands and make it to an event with time to spare. This was my first time there, and they were amazing! They had me wash hands before even touching the pen to sign in (as was noted on their door as well). Very clean. The pedicure was perfect. I loved the little foot/leg massage they did and the massage chair was super relaxing, with a view of their fish. The gel nail manicure couldn’t have gone better.
