I have given them multiple chances. I went in around St. Patrick’s Day I wanted a simple shamrock. He said he could do it. When it came time to do it he had to look it up, then said he couldn’t do it. So, I ended up with white nails and no design. I went home and did it myself after paying for a service I didn’t receive. The next time I told the girl my nail was coming off. She said I was wrong. Sure enough my nail came off. They used to do good work, but now have new people who don’t seem to know what they are doing. They don’t paint the full nail, so when you leave it looks like you have a week of growth. It forces you to come back more often. They say they can’t paint the whole nail without painting your skin. I am not a professional and I can paint my whole nail without painting my skin. I requested they make all my nails the same length on both hands. This is a basic manicure principle.. That is how a manicure is supposed to be. He told me you wouldn’t be able to tell when it is painted and that I am too picky. Too picky after twice paying for subpar service. This last time cost me $77 for something I could have had my teenage boys do at home. No thanks. I am done.

Every time I go there I get the same. But every time I go it is a different price. I got regular polish on toes thinking it would be cheaper an my daughter got hers painted tell me how come mine cost 110. Very very unhappy two ladies before me got the same an theirs was different priced too. I just know I won’t be going back cause the price is crazy an they just throw numbers.

I went in to get the nails on my left hand cut and smoothed/filed. My rightarm is broken and I can’t cut my nails myself right now. I was told 10 minutes, but 20 minutes later I was still waiting for them to get all the expensive nail jobs called back and done. When I asked if anyone could just cut my nails, the guy up front got a bit testy. He clipped the ends of five fingernails and ran an Emory board quickly over them. 60 seconds later I was done, and will never go back. He wouldn’t even let me sit down. As a senior citizen, I am appalled by the rude behavior, and I hope the young customers there today got an eyefull.

Absolutely horrible I will never go back the lady I had I had to tell her to put nail polish on both of the edges on all 10 nails 2 times for both nails so basically told her 20 times and she acted like she didn’t even see only the top of my nail had polish on it and the sides were nothing

I feel like I get an actual pedicure here. She actually trims my cuticles and cleans out ingrown nails as long as you don’t get the older lady you get great service.
