Didn’t care that the wrong color was used, speaking in his language showing others instead of talking to me about it; then asked me irrelevant questions like he was annoyed he messed up or that it was my fault because he didn’t look and chose the wrong color acrylic. He could’ve painted over them or something. & charged $40 for a refill that looks like this. I normally tip but I would never for this! & then he made my nails super thin I’m sure they’ll break before the week is over. You had one job, smh. I will never go back.

The workers there are seem to not truly like people, customers that come in. They are extremely rude with no courtesy or friendliness. Not genuine workers, they don’t make you feel welcomed. It seems it’s just all about money . They do not care about providing service that satisfies your needs although you’re paying them. Each time I’ve come in same rudeness. At one time I’m there was a worker doing my nails . She wasn’t giving me what I wanted or asked and I let her know. She just blatantly ignored me, I said again a few more times and still not acknowledging my requests disrespectfully in demeanor. The other worker shift blame and was just as rude. I’m in the area and often go to Wolfchase mall so I thought it convenient I stop at this place when I needed a nail job done. Because of all the injustices going on in our City I don’t really like to go out from my circle or place of comfort concerning safety. Though I’ve never met or had such inconsiderate, rude workers and business. They do not care about people. I believe people just have accepted because they just want to get their nails done so much. There’s no respect. That shouldn’t be in a business.

They are rude. The man that did my nails was rough. I tried to sit through it anyway because I was going on vacation the next day. He was rushing when shaping my nails they were extremely un even. I ended up just stopping him and attempting to pay for the services rendered. The lady who took my credit card kept trying to get me to stay and took 5 minutes to even begin to process my payment because she didn’t want me to leave. I will never return to this place. The photo is after I attempted to shape them myself (which I’m horrible at which is why I pay people to do them for me) but they look better than they did.

The man literally asked did I want my nails and toes the same color and I said yes. As soon as I go out in the sun I realize my nails are a peach color and my toes are orange … they will never get my service again. Also with the SNS nail dip ANYWHERE else dips your nail 3 times and he only dipped mine twice. I got a pedicure from here which was great. Then I got my nails done which was ok not great. I wanted my old nails taken off, so he tore them off with another fake nail. He stuck me a couple times though. I though they soak them off. I just let him finish cause i knew this was my only and last time. I had to reshape my nails when i got home. I could have made a big deal just decided not to since i knew i would not come back.
