I am staying at the hotel next door, been here in Oak Ridge for 4 days from Ga for work. Thought I would walk next door for pedicure. The place was near empty, no one was getting pedicure service when I walked in. However, I was told they were busy… They begin to speak in their language, not sure what it was, they all looked me up and down, one said ” back later!”. One of the females shouted “busy!!!!”. I said ok I’ll take my money elsewhere. Oh, BTW, I’m black, I’m sure that had everything to do with my non service. I left and went down the street to Nail Trix and received the best service. They were quite busy but still welcomed me and my pedicure is superb, even the design is perfect. The whole staff is very very friendly at Nail Trix.

Me and my 7-year old daughter went here 2-25-17. We were welcomed in with smiles. They were a bit busy so we did have to wait a little for our turn but they were well worth the wait. I have been into alot of different nail salons in my life, but this one has completely blown all of them away with their customer care. Each customer is important to them, the conversation is steady and good. The quality of work they do is perfect and their prices are great. Extremely family oriented and they welcome all ages without hesitation. We will be using this salon as our regular place from here on out and I would highly recommend you try them also!

Wouldn’t have even gave 1 star. Had my nails done last Thursday. For 1 they didnt go to my cuticle so they looked outgrown already. Said he made them a little thicker since I work with my hands. Which I told him. 2 have broke today and all are really lose. Wont be back!! 30 dollars for nothing!
