They charged her for a change of color on my toes when you can still see the nail. The nails are uneven and tips were placed on only certain nails. The treatment they gave was terrible. Horrible service on a friend of mine. She was cut and they glued her cut while it bled. This was so unsanitary and we are expecting it to get infected based on the inflammation that can be seen on the side of the third toe. They charged her for a change of color on my toes when you can still see the nail. The nails are uneven and tips were placed on only certain nails. The treatment they gave was terrible. Nails came out fine but the salon was the dirtiest I’ve ever seen.The entire time I got my nails done, there was an old brown nail clipping that had clearly been there for a long time sitting less than 2 feet from me ON THE TABLE.I asked what I was being charged $75 for and they said “length, gel, powder and shape.” I never asked for gel. I never asked for any special powder. I even specifically asked for regular polish. They used regular polish on my toes and I asked for the same polish to be used on my hands. Somehow it turned into gel polish by the end of my manicure.Somehow all my add ons were $50 more than the original price???They used the same dirty water from my pedicure for my moms pedicure. They also made her sit with cold water for almost 20 minutes while I got my toes done. The least they could have done was say they weren’t ready for her rather than having her soak her feet in cold water.When I asked why the prices were so crazy, they told me they would remove my nails if I didn’t want to pay. Lol what??? How unprofessional can you be? Explain to me how my nails became $50 more?I can understand $75 nails. I’ve had $75 before and they were stunning with a beautiful design. But yeah these are not $75 nails.It was crowded. Disgusting. Filthy. Unprofessional. I will be calling the health department as well.
