I went if with old gel polish and asked for a manicure expected to have my nails and cuticles trimmed and to be given cuticle oil and lotion. They used a dirty nail file to scrape off the gel and applied a clear coat and did nothing else. But bad service isn’t why you shouldnt go here. I didn’t see any barbicide or recepticals for used nail files, drill bits, buffers or used metal instruments. I also didn’t see any sterilized instruments in packets or any sanitizer near any of the stations, this place is very likely to cause an infection especially if you were to get acrylics. Furthermore upon inspection of the cosmetology licenses displayed I realized the person who gave me service did not have a certificate displayed which is very disturbing. We need to start holding convential salons responsible as these things are all too common.

I had services done here a couple times, and hardly ever please. either my nails were too wide or not polished properly, not to mention expensive, I go there because of the location, but the last time I went, which was this past Saturday, which is the last time I will EVER step foot in that place. After waxing my mom’s face Cindy’s response was” no more monkey” (mind you we are Jamaican) and she repeated it several times. My mom had to tell her not to say that. I was fuming. After paying almost $200 for services, why would you EVER think that would be an appropriate thing to say. That was racism at it’s best.

I’ve been going to Nail Pro for 10 years with my mother, but she died in 2018, so I go alone now, and I’ve never had a negative experience until today. This is sad because they’re usually very professional and have excellent customer service. I got my nails done on Saturday and broke one on Tuesday, getting my brother ready for school. One of the employees refused to fix my nail because I said it was crooked and wanted it more narrow. I said it politely, and he aggressively refused. By the way, his response was, “The other one is crooked.” And it wasn’t. I usually set appointments with Cindy, and she’s the most talented and professional one there. I don’t know if he was having a bad morning, but he was highly disrespectful and showed no professionalism. He didn’t even follow the correct procedure as well, but I let it go. There weren’t any customers behind me, so he had the time to correct it. Smh. I had to wait for the owner to fix my nail, and he had to rush because he was doing somebody else’s nails. My family and friends told me to stop going there a long time ago, but I haven’t found anyone like Cindy. It’s time for me to start searching for other nail salons that treat everyone equally, no matter the color of their skin or gender.

my nails came out good, to be fair, but she was so rude. the rudest nail salon experience i’ve had. and i didn’t see her disinfect anything which grossed me out. i went there because of location but definitely won’t go back.

The manager/owner is extremely and consistently rude. On top of that, they only have two manicurists who are good and it’s very difficult to find appointments with them. Worst of all, after the last time I was there, all my nails broke because the manicurist insisted on me soaking my nails in pure acetone for more than 40 minutes to remove the previous gel polish just because she was too lazy to scrape the polish off.my advise: stay away from this place.

Positive: QualityNail Pro is a good enough place. The owner but is strict about Covid rules which is good. There are a few decent techs but my main complaint is that they don’t have many color options and have raised their prices because of Covid. It’s not a bad place overall.Service: Acrylic nails

I think they are amazing, only charged 25$ for beautiful gel nails, was very kind on the phone when I called and asked if they had room for two people. I would definitely go back.

Critical: QualityI got gel toes done one week ago and on three of my toes the gel has peeled off. I then proceed to call the manager or whoever answered the phone to ask him if i may come in and get it fixed. I also explained to him how I always get my toes done and it lasts so long that I would have to take them off myself. I then stated that I believe it may have been the workers fault because why should gel toes be peeling off in a week. He then raised his tone saying how it could be my fault and i’m telling him it’s not because I have gotten my toes done plenty of times. The staff are very unprofessional especially the owner I have been here twice and had horrible experiences both times. The first time while there the owner who is a male begin to yell at a customer who came in for a appointment who was a little late. Then they forgot about me waiting to get my nails done and I had to stay after the shops original close time. The only reason I came back a second time was because my nails begin to pop off like press ons. I had them redo it with another lady and I could not get any help from staff to at least point me in the direction of the right color. Then the staff was very rude because of the fact I was back because they did a horrible job and I paid to get the nails redone. I would not recommend this place at all.
