Due to washing my hands constantly at work some times my gel likes to peel off a week in and they fix it free of charge. This has been the worse nail salon I have ever been to! I went in today to get my prom nails done. I made an appointment. I got there at 11:40 and wasn’t seated until 12:30. I was getting a full set of acrylic nails. I started my nails and she placed a tip on wrong when I asked why the women giggled and said “I accidentally put it on like that” and then continued to do work on my nails. The owner had to fix my nails by redoing mostly all of them! Then another women tried to paint my nails and she messed up also and the owner had to fix that also. While I was there another women had walked out because she has to wait 30-45 minutes for her appointment that she made! This has been the worse nail salon I have ever been to and I do not recommend! I even paid $27 for nails that I was very upset with! Also I was here for a total of 3 hours I didn’t leave until 2:50 almost 3. My friend who also went with me told her nail tech that she didn’t want her nails too short and the women didn’t even bother asking her if the length was good and cut them anyways! The women doing her nails was on the phone with someone the whole time talking about food which is very unprofessional! She was just upset with how her nails came out. She got a pedicure and acrylics on also and had to pay $70 and did not enjoy how her nails looked also! This is not a place I would advise going!

I went each time hoping for a different outcome because my first time going a woman working (who no longer works there) did a great job.. I would make appointments with one lady who I trusted to do my nails and would have to wait hours after my appointment all for someone else to end up doing an awful job on my nails. I got my dip done the day before my vacation and it literally looked like there was a two week growth going on! The owner is rude and rushes people doing a horrible job and he messed up the shape of my nails so bad it looked like my daughter tried doing them (she’s 6). One of the ladies working there did my dip one time and went crazy with the steps and it came out all lumpy and messed up. Never again. I’m all set!

The only reason I gave 3 stars is because both times I went in they took me right away and they do good eyebrows. But I will never go back. The first time I went in some lady took me. I just wanted to change my color because 4 of July. But because one of my nails was falling off she was talking to the ower and then said she can’t change the color and how I have to do a fill. Really so I just did the fill. Then went back the second time. The ower did them. He was a lil unpleasant and a lil rude. One nail broke the next day. Went back the same day and thankfully he didn’t charge.. But now not even two weeks later I have 5 YES FIVE nails that broke. This is insane. I never had this happen to me. Well I have had broken a nail but not these many nails. It’s crazy. Oh and also the first time I went they charged me $20 to do my feet and then the second time they charge me $25. It’s ridiculous.
