Nail Pro is definitely hit or miss. I’ve had some pretty good experiences and some not so great onrs. My latest trip wasn’t the greatest. The nail tech was a little rough with my cuticles, did a poor job with my dip, and overall poor service.

I went in for a full acrylic set. The first girl who did the acrylic was okay but the glue or acrylic stuck to one of my fingers and when I went to pull it apart it ripped the skin. The girl who did my polish messed up even after I explained. I couldn’t wait for her to fix it. I’ve been here before and it’s either a hit or miss. I won’t be coming back after this time.

I went for a full set and pedicure. The pedicure was fine but the manicure… oh. My. God. I showed this old guy a picture and he totally didn’t understand the design. I kept trying to explain it but he just wasn’t getting it. I eventually just let him do whatever he wanted and said that I liked it because I felt bad. Anyway, do not go here if you’re looking for a relaxing experience.

Do not waste your time or money. I went for a simple gel polish manicure. When I got home, multiple nails started to peel off. I drove 30 minutes back to have them fix it. The woman who fixed it used that spinning thing to remove the polish instead of remover because she thought they were fake nails. This of course had ruined my nails. They are incredibly thin and constantly breaking. They said the first manicure didn’t cure right because the light must not have been working. I drove 30 minutes home only to wash my hands and the thumb came right off. I have gel polish at home and simply went there to save time before having to leave very early in the morning for a business trip. They were black and I had black so I luckily was able to fix it. And of course my thumb that I did myself lasted longer than the other nails. I wish I paid with my credit card so I could fight the charge. Absolute huge waste of money and time. And my nails are destroyed.

Made an appointment for 1pm and they had me waiting for about 30 minutes. They rudely tried to get my attention when it was my turn. Once i stated what i wanted done the lady said “I don’t have time for that”.

Worst service I have ever received. Was rude on the phone, rude in person, and made me wait over an hour for a pedicure even though I had an appointment booked. Highly discourage you from going here. Pedicure

The person that did my nails had dirty fingernails. At one point, he flicked off a nail clipping that was on his station FROM A PRIOR CLIENT! He was extremely rough and I had to ask him to be gentle. He actually pushed my hands roughly to the dryer. VERY ROUGH entire time! And he looked like he had just come from a construction job. He also did not do them the way I asked – colors, etc. Dirty salon. And no, they were not busy! Never again!

Critical: Cleanliness, PunctualityWent to the salon at 6:35 on a Wednesday night just for an eyebrow wax and the guy told me to sit and wait until someone was available. I waited for 15 minutes, looking around, there were 5 technicians sitting in the pedicure chairs on their phones. Finally one woman came up and said she is going home and she can not wax me. I said oh okay is there someone else? (Knowing the lady who has done my eyebrows before was sitting there in another pedicure chair on her phone) she said no they all went home and it’s too late anyway because they close at 7. She told me to come back tomorrow and she would give me a deal, $10. There sign in the front of the store says $7 for eyebrow waxing.Not going again.
