Giving a 3 out of 5 only because of the pedicure. My hands were a 1 star maybe 2, I got my nails done for my wedding. I got a pedicure ( looked amazing and held up great!) I got a gel manicure, and the polish job was bad, my cuticle job was bad, and it chipped easy. I’m not sure if they didn’t care as much as I’m a guy? Yet I had to get my nails redone 9/4 I got my gel manicure 9/1…. The gel was over my cuticle on my pinky nail. My other hand was just as bad.. go for a pedi not a gel mani.

I’ve been going to this nail salon for years and have never had a bad experience. I like to get a pedicure and gel manicure most of the time. They do a great job and get me out and on my way in a timely manner. Highly recommend!

Worst gel polish manicure I have ever had. My usual salon was not open so I decided to give them a try. The gentleman who did my french manicure did not prep my nails correctly nor did he allow enough drying time between coats. When I said something he said it would be okay to let them dry at the end. He left my nails under the uv lights for 5 minutes. I have had many gel polish manicures and this is not how it is done. When he finished the lines were jagged, the polish was not smooth and my nails had not been filed properly. Also many of my nails were not even completely covered with polish. When I brought this to his attention he tried three times to correct with no better results. Finally I just said they were fine as clearly he didn’t know what he was doing. When he went to wipe my nails at the end he simply poured acetate on them and walked off leaving me to find something to wipe my nails on. They were not busy, I was only one of two people in the salon. When I was leaving another woman came in complaining about her pedicure the day before asking it to be corrected. My nails look so bad I am having to have them redone. What a waste of money. I will never go back to this salon again.

The nail tech that did my pedicure did not do a good job at all. I was very disappointed & dissatisfied with the service I received. I don’t recommend this location to anyone.
