Poor service. Sat for 35 mins waiting. I finally got service and I mentioned something about mail shape; I wanted pointed almond and this is not pointed almond, the shape is horrid for the price I paid. For a fill and dip I paid $70.00 . I will not be back.

This is the worst experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon. We had appointments and showed up on time. They did not greet us and when I mentioned we had appointments they completely ignored me. We had even called ahead and spoke to someone on the phone. After they took some people before us and waiting around for about 30 minutes we just left. They were so rude and made me feel incredibly uncomfortable just for trying to get my nails done.

They didn’t honor my appointment. The tech I made the appointment with was doing new set of nails on another client when I came in. I was on time and she had just started with that client. The older woman at the front desk told me “these things happen”. She told me to sit down at the pedi chair. I waited for at least 10 min until I finally asked if someone was going to do my pedicure. The same woman came over and started to do my pedi with dirty instruments that were already laying there. I told her I wanted a fresh clean pack. She rolled her eyes and went and got a new pack. They do not respect clients. I feel like we are just numbers to them. I’ll never go there again.

(Typing this with my grandmas account): First of all let me start this off by saying we had appointments at 10:30 for four pedicures and four manicures and they started on the first pedicure at 11. The pedicure was nice, however, once i got to the acrylic i had multiple issues. first off, i asked her for a light pink nail color and the pink that she got me was really transparent almost clear, so i asked if we could pick a different light pink, she then threw her instruments and told me to go over to the front desk and pick the pink that i want. she just decided to do one color on my nails when i asked for two but i was just ready to leave so i let her do it. looking at the nails after, multiple nails are chunky and uneven. My Friend was also getting a a manicure and she had asked for stiletto nails and medium length. the nail tech then tells her after she cut them that she made them short so when they grow out so she could handle them when they were longer. why did she make that decision herself ? Her nails were also very almond almost like a pear shape. very disappointed with this place and won’t be coming back

Love love love this place and all the people that work here! I come every 3 weeks for a dip set and everyone is so friendly and talkative. I’ve gotten to the point where I let them decide on my color sometimes!! Highly recommend!!
