I’m not a person that likes to leave bad reviews. However, if I was the owner of a business, I’d like to know how my employees treat customers. I went in for a Mani & Pedi (I called ahead). The first gel color that I chose was a Coral tone. It came out as a neon pink. I told the woman who was doing my pedi that I would like to change it since it didn’t look like the sample. She sort of argued with me saying that it’s how the color comes out, but agreed to take it off and apply a new color (after taking to another woman at the desk). The new color was beautiful and I absolutely loved it. The winner finished my pedi and said that was were finished. I told her that I came in for a manicure as well and that’s why I called ahead – to make sure they could fit me in. She told me to come back the following day. I wasn’t able to do that since I had an event the next morning (that’s why I wanted to get my nails done). She was very annoyed, but agreed to do the manicure. She rushed through everything, was very rough and made me feel super uncomfortable. This was my first experience at their nail salon. I rated it 2 stars because she (unwilling) still did my nails and the other employees were nice. I will not be going back to this spot on the future, though.

My mother came here and asked me to submit a review. She came with gel and to replace it. They did soak the gel instead ruined her natural nail bud by shaving the gel down and. Ruined her nails. Now she has to treat them. Do not come here as they obviously have no idea how to take off gel.

Came in with my husband for a pedicure. Was seated immediately never recieved a menu they only offer 2 types of pedicures. Ended up getting a deluxe pedi service. Lady was really ruff didn’t take off gel delicately or try to soak it off. The wax treatment was at the end of the service. I’m sure they rarely provide this service they didn’t know when they were doing and left wax on our legs and feet when the service was done. The message chairs are old and don’t work well. I don’t recommend this place for pedicures although I did see they can do some unique nail design.

Horrible service! I had a gel manicure and I saw they put an odd brown liquid on my nails and then they put gel polish on it and now that my nails grew I wanted to take off the polish and I can’t take it off at all! and I tried everything especially 100% acetone but my hands got very dry. I called to see if they could do something and take it off when I called they’re was about 5 people talking at the same time on the phone and no one was responding.Very rude! No one cared.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityMy nail stylist was on her phone taking a personal call concerning her bank and a check. I paid $45 for a FILL but all she did was shorten my nail and sand down the back side. No fill was done. My nails look great from the top but awful on the sides where there’s no nail polish. This salon does not have its prices listed because they constantly change the price$$$$$. My daughter showed a picture of what she wanted done to her nails and they look “unfinished”! We will not be back to this establishment. It was over $105 for two fills and color. My nail stylist was on her phone taking a personal call concerning her bank and a check. I paid $45 for a FILL but all she did was shorten my nail and sand down the back side. No fill was done. My nails look great from the top but awful on the sides where there’s no nail polish. This salon does not have its prices listed because they constantly change the price$$$$$. Critical: QualityIf you are picky with your nails do not come here. I came in about a week ago to get a set of acrylics, and do not feel as though I got my money’s worth. They look nice from afar, but overall they are very sloppy. The tips of the nails are uneven and crooked. There is a lot of excess gel not filed down on the bottom side of my nails. Not to mention my actual nails were cut quite carelessly into bulky squares. This left me being able to see my nails on the underside on the first day. If you are picky with your nails do not come here. I came in about a week ago to get a set of acrylics, and do not feel as though I got my money’s worth. They look nice from afar, but overall they are very sloppy. The tips of the nails are uneven and crooked. There is a lot of excess gel not filed down on the bottom side of my nails. Critical: QualityI know it’s covid but the outdoor chairs are uncomfortable and not relaxing. Guy did my pedicure today but the gel polish is lighter/darker in spots and when he filed at the end he chipped the gel and tried to cover it. I’m not one to complain but a pedi is pretty expensive… I expect good work.Service: Pedicure

Tina the owner is amazing she is skilled, inviting and kind not to mention skilled ;). She does amazing acrylic work and takes sanitation very seriously. By far the cleanest pedicure I’ve ever had. Although they just moved into their new location and are waiting for their new chairs and equipment to arrive they really do make the best of what they’ve got. Can’t wait for the new chairs tho… great prices great service great people. THANKS TINA!
