Critical: Cleanliness, QualityMy future mother-in-law treated me to a pedicure at this place back in August. The pedicure was nice and lasted well, so I decided to go back to get acrylic nails done for my engagement photos. Unfortunately, the only positive of this experience was the lack of a wait and the niceness of the tech. However, after I got out and examined my nails more closely, I realized why they took him so little time. The job was rushed, so I had crooked nails and missing acrylic on the edges of my nails. He never asked me what shape I wanted, and I gave up on getting him to go short enough (I asked 3 times and they barely changed each time.) Since the picture I showed him had white polish, he didn’t use any polish except a top coat. The little pearls are not like the sparkly dust applied in my picture, and they’re messily applied as well. They’re also missing the sparkle of other nails in my photo. (I included the inspo photo at the very end) These pictures were taken after I spend almost 10 minutes trying to clean up the edges. I’ll still be spending time filing and fixing them myself for our photoshoot tomorrow. My future mother-in-law treated me to a pedicure at this place back in August. The pedicure was nice and lasted well, so I decided to go back to get acrylic nails done for my engagement photos. I have been going to them for a few years. I sent my sister over and they did a buther job on her nails. She went back to have the owner redo and she was not there. The guy who did her nails was laughing at her and argued that her nails were already short. They then were speaking in their native tongue and were laughing at her the man who did her nails said they were short and ugly. They found the whole thing hilarious. My sister is young and was slightly intimidated. I usually spend $200-$300 a month in their salon. Will never go back and will never refer anyone to them.

I honestly don’t know how many stars to give it. The place was not very clean or organized but my nail tech Van was amazing.. she did a wonderful job on my nails and even educated me on some tips to grow my own nails strong and healthy. I’ll be returning for Van ONLY….

I had a horrible experience at this nail salon. I got in quickly & I hoped it would be a good experience because the tech seemed nice at first. She told me to sit in the pedicure chair & only gave me one reel of nail colors to choose from. She started painting my nails without asking if I wanted gel. I told her I did not. She stated that gel & regular polish were the same price. I just did not want gel. So finally they took me to a back wall where I could choose regular polish. I felt that they did not want you to have a choice in what you were getting. The tools that were used were old & not sanitized. They are definitely overcharging people if you don’t speak up for yourself. Also, I was told at the end that it was cash only and had to run to the bank. I would have never supported this business if I would have known how sketchy they were. So disappointed, as this was a day I chose for myself for self-care & it was ruined. First time I have ever not given a tip.

Beyond Disappointed!!! One of favorite nail salons. I started coming around 2008 and when my daughter was old enough I’d bring her as well… I’d even bring my and grandfather for pedicures…. I walked in today a soak off and gel set and patiently waited my turn. Tom who use to do my nails every two weeks for years took one look at my nails said, “ go to the back” , I said “go back where?” I then walked back to the front to ask again and was ignored. I asked Julie where should I sit. She said, “ Tom doesn’t want to do my nails.”Julie said, “See what happens when you disappear.” I sat back down and waited a hour total.. just to watch new customers walk in and get serviced before i soon left. Sad, rude, disrespectful, bad business! I will never come back to Nail Plus!!!!

They are very disrespectful. You almost feel out of place the way they ignore you and make you wait. I wanted a specific nail tech so I respectful said that to the gentleman who offered me to come to his chair. When I found out the nail I wanted was full , I said excuse to the original gentleman and asked if he was still available. He replied “nope I’m off as of 6 minutes ago”. I understand you are salty but really, I found a black nail tech and was done
