I went in for a manicure and besides being the only person there asked to pay ahead of time the manicure itself was horrendous. She didn’t even try and rushed. Really bad, I won’t come back. Do not recommend.

I made an appointment and specifically asked for my pedicure first. When I got there I was told I had to get my nails done first and my pedicure after. I explained that I didn’t want to have wet toes leaving and was basically told too bad. Getting my nails done took 2 hours and 40 minutes. They were closing in 20 minutes. I offered to come back for the pedicure but she insisted on doing it then. She rushed to try to get it done while they were vacuuming and cleaning the floor. It was anything but relaxing or enjoyable so I had her stop. I used to go here regularly and was always pleased with their services but they have since changed for the worse. I don’t think I’ll be back.

If I could give them a negative review I would. Aside from the fact that they’re rude they clearly don’t know how to do a gel pedicure properly. I’ve been getting pedicures for the last 20 years and almost two years ago started getting gel pedicures and let me tell you this…NEVER ONCE have I ever had my nails painted before my feet even hit the water. When I asked the lady why they were doing it backwards she didn’t have an answer but saying it lasts longer…uhhh yea that’s def wrong and I will NEVER be back again.

I have been going here since they opened. Everyone has been quite good. I always get a gel manicure and if the owners don’t do it the manicurist has always taken pride in her work and makes sure I like the outcome. It is very clean unlike some other places and they always look to make improvements.

I never post reviews when I am dissatisfied but I just had the worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon. My daughter and I both went in for manicures and we will never go back again. We both left with red, bleeding cuticles and nail polish that was literally thrown onto our nails. The women doing our nails were rough and clearly annoyed as evidenced by their sighing, noises and eye rolling. I left with nail polish all over my fingers and my skin is “ glued” to my nail. By the end my cuticles were stinging every time she put anything on my nails. She was in such a rush that she smudged 2 nails and was annoyed that she had to redo them, so instead of doing it the right way she slapped more polish on top. I have thick clumpy nails and inflamed cuticles from rough pushing and harsh filing. She forgot to put oil/lotion on my right hand, but instead used a cold towel to wipe it off. I couldn’t get out of there fast enough.

Just got a pedicure and was the worst pedicure. I should have looked at the reviews before I went. The woman that gave me the pedicure rushed it took a total of 12 minute. Very bad experience, never going back!

Horrible, the woman I had was rough and made me bleed. The nail polish was supposed to last two weeks for it was gel, it started chipping the next day. And they charge you unbelievably high rates. Would not recommend to others.
