Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI went to the salon to have acrylic nails removed. I attempted to remove them at home by soaking them off. When I realized that the acetone I bought was not strong enough for gel and artificial nails, I went to see professionals. The nail tech began to use an artificial nail tip to remove my nails quickly rather than soak them and gently remove them. She ended up ripping off pieces of my nail beds on multiple nails and I bled. I left with rough broken and frail nails and hang nails. She put this blue “antiseptic liquid” on the bleeding parts of my nails. It has made them throb and its been hours. I was crying in pain to the point where other guests in the salon were concerned. My nails are ruined and in terrible pain. Currently using Neosporin and Band-Aids. Afraid I am going to catch an infection and that I will have to wait months to see healthy nails. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityThe owner is very professional and helpful. She always goes the extra mile to help customers. I get a fantastic manicure and pedicure every time. I have been going there for years and never once thought about changing The staff is also excellent. I wish I could give more than 5 stars.
