Cut into the cuticle to the point of bleeding, cut thumb nails down to the quick and unevenly, all nails shaped unevenly, and had to remove the polish because it wouldn’t dry even after an hour. Instead, it was tacky and just moved around on the nail.

Cut into my cuticles to the point of bleeding. When I finally said something about it after flinching and asking for her to be more gentle – they offered two $10.00 coupons to use on my next visit. Needless to say there will not be a next time. Worst gel manicure I have ever had!
