Critical: ProfessionalismI am very disappointed at this nail place. I got my nails done and 2-3 days later they start to peel and crack. So I called for them to fix the guys was very nice but when I got there it was one of the ladies who did my nails and this is what I got. She first told me I needed to pay more and I told her that I wasn’t paying a dime. It’s a shame that she did this to my nails. I am very disappointed at this nail place. I got my nails done and 2-3 days later they start to peel and crack. So I called for them to fix the guys was very nice but when I got there it was one of the ladies who did my nails and this is what I got. She first told me I needed to pay more and I told her that I wasn’t paying a dime. It’s a shame that she did this to my nails. I have a commitment and now I have to find a better place to do my nails.

Critical: Cleanliness, Quality, ValueHONESTLY, where do I start!? I’m really not sure how this place stays in business. My first time here. I was in the area and figured I’d try somewhere new. I read some reviews and it seemed decent. But let me tell you, the absolute WORST “nail salon” I’ve ever been too. First, I walk in and it’s extremely outdated and no other customers (I think one other customer came in after me). I normally get the powder dip and that’s what I had on my nails but they didn’t have that so I said the gel would be fine. The lady doing my nails rushed threw it. I thought it was extremely odd they didn’t remove my grown out powdered nails and put the gel on my natural nail, instead she barely filed my nail and put the gel right over top of the previous nail very carelessly. She didn’t use cuticle oil or cut my cuticles back. No hand massage…. Nothing. This process took 10/15 minutes. Next was my pedicure, another terrible experience. Different lady doing my pedicure. I walk up the the little step to the pedicure chair, instantly I noticed there wasn’t disposable sanitize bags in the foot tubs (which is so gross but I thought “well Hopefully they disinfect them”) then I really started to notice how dirty it is as I’m looking around (I should have just left at this point) this pedicure was THE WORST pedicure I’ve ever had I swear it was 15 minutes. No leg scrub, no hot towels, no towels in general(they used paper towels) no cuticle cream or removal, my lotion rub was 20 seconds on each leg, no scrubbing my feet with a brush. She was so rough with filing my toenails it scrapped my toes. Only thing I can say that was positive was that they were nice and not rude. $53 dollars for this horrible 30 minute experience.
