AMY !!! She did her thing. BOOK WITH HER ! The women there are so friendly and can slay some nails ! It’s best to go early when everyone has energy. I live 20 mins away and I guarantee it’s worth it. The owner is also very friendly me and her had a wonderful conversation. She really cares about her business and wants to make sure her customers are pleased !

Louis and Vincent are the best… I love my nails… super professional in their job… When I visit L.A I always come here… I have to add that all the girls that works here are awesome. They make a pedicure OMG really good. Today Ven made my nails and was perfect for me. This time I have to change and put just 4 stars not for their job because was the best nails ever. I put 4 because they don’t have a machine for credit cards payments. Here just accept cash, so BE CAREFUL and bring money if not they have a ATM machine but you know banks have fees for that well is just and advise. But their job is lovely

Everything started out well with my pedicure until the lady who was working on me started fighting with a lady at the other end of the room. The manager (Cathy) tried to get them to stop but their argument went on at least five minutes. I just wanted to get out of there and asked my lady if she would please finish my pedicure. I tried the time-out hand signal to no avail. Finally another lady came and finished my pedicure. As I was paying and leaving Cathy apologized and tried to explain – but how could she? It was totally unprofessional and made me and the other customers very uncomfortable. They should have discounted or comped my pedicure. I won’t go here ever again!

Terrible. My husband and I went to get pedicures. They had no list of services posted and did not offer us any options for the pedicures other than basic which only consisted of a lackluster pomousing of our heels and no foot massage at all. However, the people around us were getting the world (sea salt scrub, massage, paraffin, etc). The person who did my husband’s feet cut his nail beds up and he had to remind her to even put lotion on his feet. The woman who did mine was just as bad and used old polish that chipped by the next morning. I will never use them again. I can do a better job myself.

i got my eyebrows waxed here two weeks ago i waited almost 30 mins because they were short-staffed and the girl that does eyebrows was doing someone else feet well she finally got to me not only did the lady pull too hard and tore my skin this place doesn’t use different wooden sticks to apply the wax so i ended up getting an eye infection because the tearing of my skin and using the same wooden tool to apply wax on everyone i am so mad i will never go here again
