The staff have a good rapport with their clients and provide a friendly atmosphere. I LOVE love love The Nail Place!!! We have been going here for years, and Helen, Ben, and T do an awesome job every single time! I absolutely refuse to get my nails done anywhere else because the nail place does the best job and is a great price every single time. When I have been out of town and had to do my nails elsewhere, I am always disappointed because Helen would have done a better job! They are a really sweet family, too! I am new to the area snd came in to get a pedicure. After choosing my color I took a seat to wait. I looked up and the entire shelf behind the manicurist is decorated in Trump support swag. As a minority business owner myself it is first of all amazing that another minority business would support such a person. And I consider it unprofessional to express your personal beliefs in your place of business. You are entitled to your beliefs but not my support.

Surprised there are no reviews yet, so I wanted to share my very positive experience. The salon is clean and not fussy or fancy. I found the staff very friendly and attentive. It’s clear the salon has returning satisfied customers based on the conversations. I had a pedicure ($25) and an eyebrow wax ($7). The massage chair was better than any I’ve ever sat in…heaven! My nail technician was so friendly and kept reassuring me that I was there to relax. I closed my eyes and soaked it all in; no chit chat from me! I received a great leg massage – not hurried – and again, that massage chair! I will definitely return.

This is hands down the best nail salon in Brighton! This adorable cozy business is the only place I will get my nails done. They do a wonderful job and for an unbeatable price! They are the sweetest family!

Staff is amazing, don’t get me wrong. It’s just VERY mediocre work. I got a nail dip, but they only did two coats of it (everyplace else I’ve gone to does 4-5 coats) and the finish is not lasting at all, they started off semi-glossy but are creased and matted only 8 hours after leaving the salon. . And I’m not rough with my hands by any means. Will probably go somewhere else to touch them up before he holidays sadly.
