The salon is clean and welcoming, it is easy to make appointments and the technicians listen to their clients and get to know them as well. I am EXTREMELY impressed with yoli and Haley! They are knowledgeable and very skilled. They welcome trying new designs and execute well. Appointment times are respected and I’ve never felt rushed. After trying a number of nail shops, Nail Perfection I have found to be a cut above the rest. The salon is clean and welcoming, it is easy to make appointments and the technicians listen to their clients and get to know them as well. I am EXTREMELY impressed with yoli and Haley! Critical: QualityLet me just start by saying that I’ve had awesome experiences here in the past. Ariana, Annie, and Michael are great nail techs and gave me awesome services. But, today I went in and I got an acrylic fill and color change with Jimmy and I got cut twice by him with the cuticle trimmer because he was super rough with it. I was just generally wholly uncomfortable and felt like I couldn’t voice my concerns. Moreover, my nails came out uneven, and the polish was splotchy and wouldn’t dry down on my nails. This service also took an hour and 45 minutes when it normally takes 45 mins to an hour so I had to leave when he was done. I went up to the front desk to see if I could get a small thing of to go polish so I could just fix them later on but the ladies weren’t nice and I was clearly upset, like almost crying and they offered to fix them really quick but I had to go because I was already late for dinner. Anyway though, I’m pretty upset and at the very least would double check who they put you with if you call ahead on the same day. The unevenness might be hard to tell but my pinky on the third photo is a good example of what I was talking about. First two photos are where he cut me. Let me just start by saying that I’ve had awesome experiences here in the past. Ariana, Annie, and Michael are great nail techs and gave me awesome services. But, today I went in and I got an acrylic fill and color change with Jimmy and I got cut twice by him with the cuticle trimmer because he was super rough with it.
