I went in because I really needed to get my nails done and my nail lady didn’t have an appointment available. When I walked in, some guy greeted me while looking at his phone the whole time and the way he talked to me seems like he didn’t want to be there. When I got the nail tech she did a pedicure in less than 20 min. Seemed more like a nail polish change than a pedicure. When she did my hands she rushed it that the nail polish was not smooth and bubbles on it. When I asked her to fix it she had an attitude. The lady next to her who, I guess is her mother, advice her how to do it and she did it with an attitude. I let her and let her keep watching her show on her phone. When I went to paid the guy was so quick to dismiss me that when I looked at up he was gone. I was not going to waste my time complaining when I know they were not going to do anything. 3 days later my GEL manicure is all chipped like I got a regular menicure. My advice don’t go, unless you want your money to be a waste.

This was my first time going to Nail Perfections and Spa, and it was nothing less than what I expected. The guy working on my nails was quick, gentle, and professional. The acrylics came out perfect and exactly how I wanted, and they are incredibly even and sturdy. Costed $42 for a full set, which isn’t terrible. Highly recommend this place if you are in Lodi!

The place is clean and they have clear dividers which makes us feel very safe and socially distant. My nail technician was very nice HOWEVER she could have done a better job. I got the dip powder and she didn’t clean up my nails very well. I get dip powder all the time and my nails are never left like this, so I was somewhat disappointed with the service.

Had a regular manicure/pedicure. No massage for either service, pedicure was not relaxing. The nail tech only painted 3/4 of my nail and I had to tell him to repaint! Pedicure should have at least a foot massage.Will not return Manicure, Pedicure

Want to give zero if I could , this place is totally unprofessional, was referred to this place from a long time client of theirs and I showed up way before my appointment time to soak off my nails, when my apt time hit (10 o’clock ) my tech Tony started to do a whole full set on another person who just walked in , I proceeded to tell him my apt was for 10 o’clock and he replied but your soaking , I added , my nails are completely soaked off tho , I came earlier specifically for this reason and you start doing someone else’s nails , I asked if I can be seen by anyone else seeing as I was actually on time for my apt and he told me no that I can wait till after he was done with her nails , in total disgust I grabbed my stuff and left the poorly run establishment they do not honor your apt time the man was totally rude, I also told em before soaking I did not want him to use the drill to take off my nails instead to just lightly file the top coat , I should’ve known by his reply that this wouldn’t be a good experience , he said to me well I only use the drill so that’s what I’ll use . Never coming back to this place again sad that they treat people like they are jus there to take their money. Keep looking if your looking for somewhere that has great customer service . Not to mention the person who referred me was super embarrassed that they would treat her daughter this way, I feel like u shouldn’t have to say I’m so and so’s daughter in order to get a decent service . Very disappointed, after being super excited to be referred to a place only to feel like trash when leaving with no nails done
