Great service got here at 7:45pm when they closing at 7:30pm they were the sweetest and took me in!!! I want to thank you for your awesome service! Thank you dear for you going above and beyond and stay to do my toes and nails we finish almost 9:30 pm and she didn’t mind! I was able to go on my trip looking good! Made an appointment for two people at 1:30. Waited 30 mins prior to being sat in pedicure chair. Was told I needed to wait some more. My guest hadn’t even been seated for her manicure. This place is not the cleanest. The lady doing my nails was very nice but I sadly regret coming here. The gel nails lasted 2 days because they kept getting caught in my hair and tearing. There were very small black bugs crawling all over the desk and the tools had not been cleaned prior to my visit. Great service but being friendly isn’t the only thing that matters.

Not as great as when BEa and Henry managed it. The og manicurists since early 2000 are no longer working and many have retired. Donna who was the best at pedicures and taking out an ingrown toenail has passed away due to cancer. The prices are really high now and they mainly due acrylic gel on your fingernails is $30-$35 and that’s for short and no polish, powder now comes in different shades so they can do cappuccino color on nails with clear gel. Refills used to always be half the amount of the first set. But it’s the same amount if not more. I guess due to covid lots of stores charge more than before to makeup for their losses during quarantine. Still it’s not the same as it once was and it does seem busy with customers, this old customer isn’t feeling the new place and staff.
