Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueAbsolutely the worst pedicure I’ve ever received. The staff appeared to realize my sister and I weren’t satisfied with our nails, but nothing was done to discuss rectify the situation. Staff was unprofessional and barely spoke with us during the 45 minutes we were there. We felt like an inconvenience despite being two of only four customers in the salon. Absolutely the worst pedicure I’ve ever received. The staff appeared to realize my sister and I weren’t satisfied with our nails, but nothing was done to discuss rectify the situation. I went here for gel nail manicure. The individual who did my nails did poorly. She was rough during my polish removal, the water used for my soak was just warm water no soap etc. At the end of it all another individual approached me and asked if I needed anything fixed. This was after everything was already done and I had no time to stay and get the entire set redone. My nails chipped within a day. I would not recommend this place.

I absolutely LOVE this salon. I have been getting my nails done on/off for years and have found my hidden gem. I have been coming here for about a year now & never once have I had a bad experience. The entire staff including my wonderful nail artist Kristy is always so welcoming and kind. Honestly, I have a feeling a lot of the negative reviews come from those who either show up super late in the day before they close or just clearly have zero patience. This staff works so so hard for others & deserves nothing less than 5 stars. Give them a chance, have patience & please ensure you the customer give yourself enough time for them to pamper you. Lil gem nail salon right by my house! I’ve had fills and polish changes with Luna twice and have left extremely happy each time. I love her skills and the way Luna leaves my nails sharp so I can actually use them for scratching after my appointment and they’re not just dull nubs. So necessary!!!

Beware unsanitary! I don’t get pedicures often but I decided to get one a few months ago. I was pleased to see they put a plastic liner in the bowl for sanitation purposes. I wondered how the water was able to circulate during the pedicure with the plastic liner in the bowl but didn’t really think about it too much more during that visit. Yesterday I went to get another pedicure and watched her put the liner in the bowl and fill it with water. I sat there for a few minutes with my feet soaking in the water without any water circulation as they were very busy. The nail technician came over and had a disc type object in her hand and placed it in the water on side of the bowl which caused the water to start circulating in the bowl. I started to wonder how those were sanitized and where did the technician get it . When my pedicure was finished she reached in and removed that disk like object that was circulating the water in my bowl and set it to the side. She finished my pedicure. Another customer sat in the chair next to me and the technician proceeded to put the plastic liner in that customers bowl, filled the bowl with water and took that SAME disk circulator and put it in the water bowl of that customer! I was absolutely horrified realizing that it probably came out of the bowl of the previous customer for my pedicure . Not to mention the pedicure was terrible she didn’t file my nails she didn’t push my cuticle back the polish wasn’t even on the edge of the toenails. When she brought the tools to do the pedicure I noticed they weren’t wrapped so I have no idea where they came from or if they were even sanitize between customers. The brush she used on my feet had a green black substance at the base of the bristles that resembled mold. This is unacceptable and dangerous! I will be making a call to the state department.

I did not have a pleasant manicure this afternoon. The nail tech cut me twice -once on top of my nail (smaller but bled plenty) and then cut me with the nippers under my nail! She got up several times to do other things around the shop and did everything with me in a hurry. I went here on a whim needing to have gel polish removed but I would not go back.
