I went here with my mom to get pedicures and we had a great experience. The staff was kind, helpful, and did an amazing job. Contrary to some of the other reviews, the water was the perfect temperature, they massaged and filed our feet, used lotion, as well as hot towels. I called in and made an appointment for a regular manicure, on Google it says they offer a hot mits manicure with regular polish for $25. I’ve only gotten my nails done a couple times in my life at different places where my friends take charge of what I’m getting done, so I don’t really understand the whole process and what you have to say. The lady who did my nails just asked me if I wanted just my “real nails” and not longer, which in reply i said correct. So she starts doing my nails using this powder (at the time I didn’t realize this but this is the dip nails and I have since did research on dip nails, there are some concerns on if this is sanitary because of dipping everyone’s nails into the same can of powder). This costs $45 at NP. So I’m not sure if they really do offer a regular manicure or not, or she just assumed I wanted the dip nails.

DO NOT GO HERE!! If I could give zero stars I would.. Absolutely horrible customer service. I have never met a staff that was so rude to their customers. The lady got inches from my face and started yelling at me while I was getting a pedicure. She was being very rude to a customer who was unhappy with the service they performed. The girl was in tears from the way they were treating her. Instead of making it right, they were yelling at her and told her to go to another salon to have them fix it. So I stood up for the unhappy customer and told her she was being very rude to her and that’s not how you handle an unhappy customer. The female employee then got within inches of my face and started yelling at me to get out. Wouldn’t even allow to dry my feet and put shoes back on. Then they tried to record me leaving. I went to the nail salon at the mall and they did a fantastic job.

Would not recommend this business to anyone. Received a gift card two months prior to covid hitting. Was unable to use it because the salon was closed. When tried to use the gift card, they wouldn’t honor it and said it was expired. The salon was paid for no service performed. Not like we chose to not use the gift card, we couldn’t because the salon was closed. The lady was very rude regarding the gift card. No customer service skills at all. Guess that explains why there was only two customers in their shop. We Ended up at Lee Lee Salon down the road in Milton Avenue. Very busy salon and very personable. Got us in right away.

I have been going there for at least a year. I have never had any problems. Their work is excellent and I have even referred a friend who also goes there regularly now. They do speak English fairly well and are very friendly.

Absolutely horrible customer service! Refused to fix cracking dip nails done early in the morning. Made the customer cry, then proceeded to scream in the face of other customers when they said the owner was being rude. One nightmare of a place, seriously go elsewhere. Literally anywhere. If this was the last nail place on earth I’d rather have no nails. Extremely disgusting place.
