They did a great job on my fingers and toes. I upgraded to the “special” cause it was only $10 more, and they did a sugar scrub, clay mask, and massage (The massage was not a massage, it was more like just rubbing in lotion).

I am disabled and I asked for help to come into their shop. They said they could not help me. I have a 25lb scooter and there were several nail technicians but they would not even come to try. And left me sitting there.

Great experience. I have gone 4 separate times and I have had all different nail technicians and they all did an amazing job. The file job is always done perfectly. The shellac stays on for more than 2 weeks and does not peel. They give nice long massages for pedicures. They also give a nice wax bath for your manicures.

Been going here for years and have referred many others. This last year they have gotten rude AND greedy! My daughter’s nails chipped 3 days after getting shellac manicure and the owner/manager told her it would be $10 for a polish change even after she explained she was just there 3 days ago! My daughter said just take off the polish ad I’ll go elsewhere and hasn’t been back. I got a new set recently and she cut them SO short they didn’t even reach the end of my finger! I told her this and she argued they were very long..smh! She finally agreed and changed 1 nail. She has done this before too. I told her I like them oval and she insisted I keep them square like she has cut them. Who argues about what a customer likes? I’ve had fake nails for 30+ years and never had someone insist how my nails should be!! I won’t be going back.

If I could give them no stars I would, the owner of nail “perfection” is very rude. I was rushed out of the salon before my toenails were even dry, I think she was mad that I made one of her nail techs redo my nails because they were not cute at all and after they were redone they still didn’t look good.

Would not recommend this salon. I called several days before to make an appointment for my daughter and myself to get manicures together. She is 11 and it was our fun day out together. The day of we arrived and when we walked in it was not busy and they greeted us and motioned to pick out our color and that we would be at these two manicure tables that were next to each other. They said we are both ready for you(meaning the manicurists). While we were picking out our color a lady walked in and ask if they had time for a shellac. They proceeded to say yes and sat her in one of our spots. This was the only area that had two tables next to each other. So now my 11 year old and I were asked to separate and also wait while they did this lady first. WHAT?! It was so weird that a walk in would be in front of us as they just said they were ready. Once I expressed my disappointment they relented and made the walk in wait and quickly did my daughters nails waaaay faster than mine. The lady that did mine (I think the owner) literally did not speak to me and was rude. Her attitude was awful. Will not be back and this is not how you treat customers. On top of it my daughters French manicure looked horrible and this was yesterday and two of her fingers are off already. DONT go here. There are tons of salons in this area.
